Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

This vacation getaway is centrally located on LBI in Brant Beach. Perfect for families, this 1st floor unit is only 6 houses from the lifeguarded beach. Just steps from the biking/jogging lane on Ocean Blvd. Daddy O restaurant/takeout/bar and St. Francis church and pool are within walking distance, while Beach Haven's shopping, amusement park, and water park are a short drive. Enjoy all that the island has to offer! Peak season requires Sat to Sat rental. 2025 season is from June 21 – Aug 30

Seaside Retreat

Our beach home has been recently updated with an open living area concept. New flooring, fresh paint and all updated. It is a cozy 2 bedroom cottage that is a 7 min walk to the beach (only 3 blocks away). A 3 min walk to the bay to view the beautiful sunsets. The home has all you need for a great vacation. It comes provided with linens, towels, and free cable & wifi. Huge yard to relax and kids to play. 1 toilet paper, 1 paper towel & soap are provided. Sorry- no prom rentals or under 25.

Very quiet neighborhood, access to county park on river bay at end of street. 1st floor completely renovated, balcony w/ lounge chairs. 4 rooms with beds, sleeping 8 people, one office room with couch, 3 full baths, unheated sun room with futon bed (additional bed sheets provided upon request, sleeps two more people). This is a perfect apartment for a beach vacation! Enjoy waterfront views of the bay on both sides of the apartment as well as a private deck with stairs to backyard and lagoon. The ocean, restaurants & bars, and the board walk are all within walking distance. Please be advised, due to the location of this property, it is not suitable for small children who cannot swim.
