This May Be the Nicest Suite in Jacksonville

Tired of taking out the trash, and stripping the bed at most Airbnbs? Our quiet and cozy suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

Parking for 1 vehicle only Studio apt. attached to our house but privately separated. Centrally located in Jacksonville, only a ten minutes to the beaches, 12 minutes to mayo clinic. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. Comfortable Queen sized bed easily sleeps 2, crib available on request for infants younger than 2. Hosts are friendly and answer communications immediately. Thank you.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish newly renovated home. Everything is modern & BRAND NEW! Enjoy a nice cozy evening in the backyard next to the fire. We have a king size bed in the master including a private FULL bathroom with a stand-up glass shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed next to the 2nd bdrm that has a garden tub. The living room couch pull outs & makes for queen bed. Each room has a smart tv with all your favorite shows.
