Finished concrete flooring. The many windows allow for beautiful natural light. Central air and heat as well as a fireplace. Fiber optic WiFi along with flat screen TVs equipped with Netflix and other apps. Spacious kitchen equipped with double sink and dishwasher. Ice maker in freezer with space to store your items.

White House Retreat on White Rock Creak

Spacious, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, located on large water front acreage with private boat ramp and protective cove on beautiful Lake Livingston perfect for kayaking and canoeing and boating and fishing a short boat ride to Goat Island where there are sandy beaches for excellent swimming. Property has beautiful shade trees perfect for outdoor activities we have volleyball, horseshoes, bean bag toss, tetherball, and washer toss. House has Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom. Ramp & Dock shared with cabin

Waterfront Group-friendly House on Livingston

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.

Outdoor space is a highlight of this property, as it is right on the lakefront with direct access to the waterfront. The house features a backyard and a front yard, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. Outdoor furniture is provided for your comfort and relaxation. An outdoor griller is also available, allowing you to enjoy outdoor cooking and dining. Please note that the rental has a charging 50 amp plug for electric cars outside the house. Must bring own charging cord to use.

Relaxation or play? You will want to stay for the view! Bring the family and hang out in the family game room. Take a short drive to Lake Livingston State Park for hiking, swimming, or fishing. Close to shopping and restaurants in Onalaska. Less than an hr from Hou. Dogs are welcome. Please note the yard is NOT fenced and there is a city leash law.There is no direct water access from the house. Public fishing is allowed at the boat ramp bulkhead.
