This newly renovated space is conveniently located 20 minutes from Syracuse, 25 minutes from Turning Stone Casino and 3 minutes from YBR Casino. A good central location for the Syracuse area. Many outdoor activities await you just minutes away at Green Lakes State Park and The Erie Canal. Come enjoy a calm and peaceful stay at this private and quiet location!

Located in the Hamlet of Clark Mills, Town of Kirkland, we are centrally located between Utica and Rome approximately three miles from the NYS Thruway. Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica College, Hamilton college, SUNY Poly, and the up and coming Nano Center. This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.

Private entrance. Walk-in shower. No kitchen, but we offer a mini fridge and microwave!

Conveniently located at the foot of College Hill. It's half a mile to Hamilton and an easy mile-long stroll on the sidewalk to the Village of Clinton. Natural light from banks of windows light the bedroom, which, along with the bath and laundry are on the second floor, accessible by a winding stair. A retro kitchen and a large living/ dining space accented by raised paneling, make this spacious apartment very livable. Outside is a south-facing sun drenched terrace.

Enjoy your own private entrance to this lovely three bedroom guest suite with cozy sitting area. THERE IS NO KITCHEN, tho offered is a microwave oven, bar refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. Perfect for those weekend trips to Tug Hill for snowmobiling or skiing! Enjoy a private 1 bedroom space with a 3/4 bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area. We have a large driveway with plenty of space for parking. Be weary of weather and plan your stay accordingly as this is an area that averages 194 inches of snowfall each year!
