This lovely 3 bedrooms & 2 bathroom in a nearly new decoration house with HRV & airconditioner is only 200 meters away from Lloyd Elsmore Park. Numerous beaches are also in close proximity(no need to take more than 10 minutes by car). The house is just 400 meters away from dairy, takeaways, bakery, liquor store, Laundromat and a cafe. Also all the usual fast food restaurant are within at most 5min drive (Macdonald, KFC, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Sals Pizza, Dominos, coffee club are Carls Jr).

Our place is close to Parnell's delightful shops, art galleries, over fifty restaurants and bars. Is walking distance from CBD, University of Auckland, Vector Arena, Auckland Museum, Newmarket. You will have the entire second level of our villa which sleeps up to 5 people. There are no cooking facilities but it has a microwave, fridge and breakfast amenities. Shared use of tennis court & swimming pool. Suitable for couples, solo and business travellers, and families. (with children).

St Marys Bay, close to the city & Westhaven Marina

Our villa is close to Auckland city, the Westhaven Marina and boardwalk and its just down the road from Ponsonby. Cafes and restaurants are just a short walk away. We are potters and painters so the house if full of artwork and pottery! There is a deck with a louvered pergola, and an outdoor gas fireplace, making for an extra relaxed dining and seating area. The house has a beautiful kitchen with a good sized oven, and gas central heating so its very cosy in the winter too.
