You will find yourself in a buzzing little neighbourhood, spoiled for choice with all the local eateries, coffee shops and deli’s - conveniently situated with a 8 minute walk to the main beach. The kitchen and lounge are open planned with a fireplace and an outdoor braai on the covered veranda. Suitable for 2 couples, single travellers or a small family.

This delightful house is tucked away in a grove of trees overlooking the Vermont Saltpan,which is a bird sanctuary. Recent solar panels on the roof feed into a battery and inverter system. Loadshedding is no longer an issue. This tastefully furnished, four bedroom home, is fully equipped caters for upto 8 guests. The perfect place to getaway from it. The Saltpan is fed only by rainfall and run-off from the mountains and in years when there has been low rainfall the pan often dries out.

A neat comfortable flat in a peaceful neighbourhood, a 500m walk away from the Onrus to Sandbaai coastal path. Great locations for swimming, surfing, diving or just catching some sun rays. If you like mountain biking or hiking the mountains are also just around the corner. The stoep features a wood fired hot tub and fire pit and looks towards the mountains and a stand of bluegums which attracts a lot of bird life. The flat is on our property but is completely separate with secure parking.

4 bedrooms, all on suite and state of the art amenities. Short walk to Onrus main beach and coastal paths. 5min drive from Hermanus and Hemel and Aarde wine route. Near 2 great golf estates. Open plan areas leading on to panel heated swimming pool. Outdoor entertainment area is decked with a fire pit set amongst beautiful views of the Overberg mountains. Safe and secure with full alarm system, backup electricity invertor system. Quiet and tranquil neighborhood, no parties/loud music.

Veranda House

A charming verandah equipped with dining and lounge furniture gives this house its name. The 3 bedroomed house contains a lounge, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and two full bathrooms, (one ensuite). One bedroom and bathroom is accessed from the covered Veranda and has easy access into the house through a door a few steps away. Out on the back stoep (porch) you’ll find your barbecue facilities under the Huilboerboon tree. The stoep area has an additional toilet and washbasin.
