Gastenverblijven in Ooty

I had visited this property with my family which is inclusive of 3 generations and the property had something or the other for all 3 generations. My parents loved the greenery and flora and fauna; my toddler was super excited to see fishes, stream, swings, and he really played around the property with his grandparents; we on the other side loved the fact that the property was very calm and serene and yet it was so close to the market place. We definitely made some good memories and would love to come back.

such a great place to plan your stay at ooty. yes, it's a bit away from ooty centre, but worthwhile. We had a great time there, the food was also spot on. we will definitely recommend the property to our friends and colleagues. If you are looking for a good, spacious stay for a large group (10-15) and a bit away from the traffic of ooty centre, go for it. Mini bar, wifi, Tv, bonfire, cool staffs NB: don't miss the sunrise from the balcony.

We enjoyed our stay as the place and the surrounding was really beautiful, away from the noise and busy places. The Host's Grandma was very helpful and arranged everything for us, as she was very responsive and ready to help whenever needed. Chris was clear with the instructions and helped us get there when approached about the location. Just the best place to relax and enjoy the cool weather and scenic beauty. Worth visiting again.

The stay is best suited for family of 6-8 people. 1: Clean and spacious 2 : Kitchen with all necessary utensils, plates and cups I would recommend this place if you are a group of 6-8 people. You can stay comfortably and it's 1 km from ooty botanical garden. Mr. Desingh who stays in first floor explained everything clearly and has given instructions on where and when to visit nearby places in ooty which was so helpful. Overall we had a great experience staying here.

Great place to stay. Everything was squeaky clean and nice. Those without a vehicle may find it hard to get to the place as it's at the top end of quite a steep lane ... though what else can you expect surprising as it's Ooty :)

A Truly Exceptional Stay - Home Away From Home! I had the most wonderful experience staying at The Sherwoods! The place itself is absolutely beautiful, and it truly feels like home. My host - Sibia Feroz was incredibly caring and always available to attend to our needs, making us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. My kids had an amazing time exploring the spacious lawn area, which was perfect for them to play and enjoy. They were so happy and had loads of fun! The food was simply delicious – every meal was a treat, and the chef- Rahmath did an amazing job preparing meals that were not only tasty but also beautifully presented. The caretakers were always on hand to offer help and ensure that everything ran smoothly. The highlight of our trip was definitely the cozy campfire, which created such a warm and inviting atmosphere, adding a special touch to our experience.
