The apartment has been recently renovated, adding a contemporary touch while retaining its unique character. It is a really beautiful, cosy space. The kitchen is fully equipped and completely independent. The living/dining room has a lounge area around the fireplace with a sofa and armchairs and a dining area with a large table. The two bedrooms at the rear of the apartment are beautifully decorated and extremely quiet, so you are guaranteed a good night’s sleep! Each bedroom has a large double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with sink and shower. The independent toilet is located in the corridor. The sofa bed provides sleeping space for two additional people (120 cm wide good quality mattress)

Vous pourrez profiter d'une terrasse avec Jacuzzi (jusqu'à 22h maximum). Un parking privé au RDC pouvant accueillir plusieurs voitures est à votre disposition, uniquement sur réservation, au tarif de 15€/jour/voiture. La situation géographique est idéale : vous pourrez découvrir l'essentiel de la ville à pied. La capacité d'accueil est de 10 personnes maximum.

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.
