Lehn dich zurück, entspanne und hab spaß – in diesem ruhigen, stilvollen Haus . Mit ausreichend Platz bietet dieses Juwel sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten. Die Terrasse lädt zum ausgiebigen Sonnenbaden ein während der Pool Dir allein für eine willkommene Abkühlung bereit steht. Die Pool wird nicht beheizt. Die vielen Strände mit BeachClubs und -Bars erreicht man in 5 min mit dem Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet. Tritt ein und genieß!

Es un precioso y moderno chalet de 110 m2 distribuido en dos plantas mas porche de 32 m2 en una parcela de 400 m2 .Situada en una zona residencial , muy tranquila , sin ruidos pensada para familia. A de 3 km de la playa, 4 min en coche y 20 min. a pie. Compuesto por un amplio salón , 2 dormitorio de matrimonio, 2 amplios cuarto de baño y 1 aseo un precioso jardín de césped artificial , jacuzzi,, BBQ donde disfrutar de las maravillosas noches de verano y los días soleados de invierno.

Onze villa met zijn mooie verwarmde privézwembad is gewoon de perfecte gezinsvriendelijke villa vlakbij de kustlijn! De villa beschikt over 2 slaapkamers, met elk hun eigen badkamer. Ideaal voor een gezin van 4. De tuin beschikt over een privé zwembad, een glasveranda die open/gesloten kan worden voor extra warmte. Gelegen in het zeer populaire gebied La Zenia, op slechts 20 minuten lopen / 6 minuten met de auto van een van de beroemdste en populairste stranden aan de Costa Blanca.

Luxury and modern villa, with beautiful outdoor area. The home is on two floors and has good room solutions and is modernly furnished. All bedrooms have direct access to a balcony or terrace /outdoor area. The home is south facing, so here there is sun from morning to evening. There is heating and air conditioning in all rooms. The home has a large and well-maintained plot with palm trees and exotic plants, a large swimming pool (50 square meters) and a nice play area for children
