Couple/family fun all year in a charming, private Cape Cod cottage w/ screened in porch, patio & outdoor shower (in Nov/Dec/Jan becomes a Gingerbread cottage). Inside: open living space w/ queen bed & sitting space. Ladder leads to a short height sleeping loft w/ 2 twin beds. Full bathroom w/ indoor shower. Kitchenette- see description below. We supply tea, local coffee, spices, condiments, gas grill, ice chests, beach towels & chairs. To sleep up to 8, also rent our Upper Room on Airbnb.

The Sea Captain's Carriage House

The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

The Chatham Bars White Foam House Steps From Beach

Settle back in one of the rocking chairs on the front patio and take in the views of the harbor. Charm and warmth abound in this Cape Cod cottage with Chatham Seaside Links located across the street. Leave the car and walk to local restaurants and shops. Watch band concerts at the park and bask in the views from the Chatham Lighthouse. Go for a long stroll along Claflin Landing Beach all the way to the Fish Pier and buy the day's fresh catch.

Cape Hideaway

Private suite on the first floor guests have exclusive use of the entire place. The second floor is my residence. The suite has a bedroom with queen temperpedic mattress, living room with queen sleep sofa, small kitchenette and bath. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, single burner cooktop and crockpot. Guests have access to the upper deck (shared space) which has a patio set and gas grill.

East Orleans Summer Breeze View- Unit 4

This one bedroom unit is centrally-located at the entrance to East Orleans, with a ten minute walk to downtown's restaurants and shops and a five minute drive to Nauset Beach. This home was built by Thomas A. Hopkins and the recent renovation has preserved much of the beautiful, interior architecture. The property features private parking, a well-equipped kitchen, and shared outdoor space.
