This was our second stay in this building but the first time in Ryley’s unit. We enjoyed Ryley’s unit more than we did the last unit we stayed in. The wife and I came in for Bike week and the place was just a short drive to Main Street but far enough away for when we wanted to relax! We will look for this unit in the future!

The condo was sweet and lovely. It was also very clean and well equipped with all the necessities; we just had to stock it with some perishables. Unfortunately, we only stayed a few days and would have liked to stay longer to see more of the area.

Catherine's place is a nice place and as described. The pool and amenities at the condo recreation centers are superb and the beach is a short walk. We drove to Rec building #2 and parked there to shorten the walk to the beach when carrying items such as the beach chairs. There is good noise isolation between condos even when there was a party in the unit next door. We would be happy to stay again.

Greta stay ! Beautiful sunrise views from private balcony. Close to several restaurants we tried and a microbrewery also Starbucks a block away. There is a CVS, gift shop , 7-11 and so much more in walking distance . Even though building was under construction due to last hurricane, there was no noise or disturbances. We could walk down ramp to beach .

Beautiful apt with great amenities! The only thing I wish the complex itself had, was a straight path to the boardwalk to get to the beach but that has nothing to do with Micheal nor the listing. Overall amazing experience with incredible recommendations. We visited the Peruvian restaurant listed in our tour guide from Micheal and that was one of the highlights of our stay!

Loved everything about this Airbnb the view was amazing , the place was clean , well equipped. I checked in late and the front desk was very nice. They had towels , chairs, boogey boards for the beach. The pool and hot tub was very nice. The WiFi was strong and I had to work during the day. I just kept saying to myself I would definitely stay here again. The location is close to everything and for the price it’s a no brainer!

Perfect place to stay! Walkable to beach and everywhere was peaceful. Washers was a big plus too! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time I’m in town

My wife and I come to Daytona every year from Wisconsin. We have stayed at many beach front condos in the area. This by far is the best one. The property was very clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony is amazing. Great sunrises every morning. It was everything the listing promised. Eric was a great host, he was friendly and communicated very well. We will definitely stay here every time we come down if possible. We would highly recommend this property.

My family & I couldn’t be happier with our experience here! We came to New Smyrna for a family wedding, and all 7 of us loved everything about this property. It was clean, convenient & comfortable and had every detail and amenity we could want including awesome instructions about everything from parking to using the TV and beyond. Our hosts were super friendly and responsive, and the area is great. If we ever come back to New Smyrna, there’s no other place we would rather stay - It was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this unit. My family of 5 had plenty of space. None of us wanted to leave. Here are some of our favorite things about this condo and building. -this unit offers everything you will need to enjoy the beach. High quality beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, beach volleyball & football, beach towels & umbrella. They even provide a couple soft coolers. -well equipped kitchen for anything you could possibly need. -great shower pressure in master bathroom. We’ve stayed in units where this was an issue. -location to the beach. The beach access ramp has been renovated. It is so nice to be so close to the beach. A food truck sets up several days of the week right next to this building. Pool & deck area were clean and well maintained. -this building has a very nice fitness center with everything you could possibly need. It has the best beach views while you work out. -2 complimentary ice machines to fill your coolers up. -Safe/secure

Being close enough to hear the ocean was worth it all! Beautiful and well maintained property. The condo is much bigger than I thought it would be! It’s very roomy and a great place for families with children. Overall our stay was amazing and we would definitely stay again! The beds were very comfortable and also having a tv in every room was great at night (when we weren’t walking the beach). This property also felt very safe which matters a lot to us! It was extremely close to restaurants and shopping and we also visited Washington Oaks Garden (it’s a must)! We spent a day in Daytona and a day in St. Augustine and enjoyed being in between both of those towns. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay, this is it!

A.P was a very friendly and responsive host. We had a few questions and he got back to us very quickly. The home was great, nice and spacious and plenty of space for the three of us who stayed. Would come back if we were ever in the area.

Beautiful, peaceful and serene. Perfect location in a private & quiet country setting, just minutes away from restaurants, grocery, shopping, etc. Although in Sanford, it only took ~50 minutes to get to Disney via 417. Luxurious & inspiring interior with professional design. Every bed was oh-so-comfy, including the twin beds. Fabulous & comfortable screened porch. We didn't want to leave & look forward to hopefully staying again...Wonderful! The host is excellent at communications.

Mount Dora Dollhouse is a very special place. The house is not only beautifully decorated but cozy and comfortable. Everything is laid out and explained in detail like tv, fans, fireplace, etc. and fully stocked. The backyard is very large and fenced in for our fur baby. The house is located in a very cute neighborhood. You can enjoy a nice walk to town safely. Jasson was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Mount Dora!

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

William was an excellent host. Always responsive and willing to work with me and my friends on our specific requests. The place was very cozy and homey in a great way. It met our needs perfectly.

Fantastic house in a beautiful part of St. Augustine. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the pool and garden are ideal for relaxing. It’s within walking distance of a great coffee shop, restaurants, and bars. I would highly recommend this property.
