Vakantiewoningen met vuurplaats in Ortaca

Die Villa ist traumhaft. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig. Jedes Zimmer ist mit Klima ausgestattet. Der Pool wird täglich gewartet. Man merkt es nicht mal, weil der Gärtner/Poolservice in der Früh kommt. Die Lage ist super, weil man mit Auto jede traumhafte Bucht super schnell erreichen kann. Wir werden diese Villa sehr bald wieder mieten… Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und freundlich. Super hilfreich bei Fragen oder Erwartungen. In unserem Fall muss ich ihnen auch super hoch anrechnen, dass sie sofort nachgefragt haben ob sie etwas für uns tun können, als sie erfahren haben, dass wir den Krankenwagen wegen meinem Vater (75, Hitzeschlag) gerufen haben. Lovely clean villa. Just a small note- this is a semi detached shared with the owner but self contained. The pool is shared with the owner not private. No access to the pool from the balcony, you have to go through the house to get to the pool. If cooking take everything, tea,coffee,salt&pepper, oil etc. No loo roll,bin bags, washing powder, toiletries are provided. But very clean & comfortable. A 2 minute walk to the centre of Dalyan, the last drop for a drink is Hotel Nish Caria right on the corner of the villa, Migros supermarket 1min walk. You will be adopted by more than 10 cats which was lovely! A great villa for up to 6 people, 3 bedrooms each with en suite. A nice base to explore the village. A good value for money, we’d consider this again. Well done OGÜN & Semra!

Özge hanım ve eşi bizi kapıda bizzat karşıladı. Başka bir evde sorun yaşayıp rotamızı değiştirip buraya gelmiştik bize kötü deneyimimizi unutturdu. Her şey tertemizdi ve ev huzur doluydu. Fotoğraflardan çok daha güzel bir ev. Ev merkezi bir yerde tüm gezi rotalarına en yakın mesafede, çarşıya çok takın. Evin bahçesi harika. Nar bahçesinin sonunda eve ait harika bir iskele var orada balık tutma imkanımız vardı Özge Hanım ve eşi kamp sandalyesinden balık tutacağımız envantere kadar yardımcı oldu. Biz en çok iskelede gün batımı ve doğuşuna eşlik ederken balık tutmayı sevdik. Havuzu tertemizdi çocuklarımızla çok rahat kullandık. Doğanın içinde çok güzel bir ev kesinlikle dalyana yolunuz düşerse burada konaklayın. Çok misafirperver harika bir aile. Dalyanda artık çalacağımız bir kapımız var diyoruz kendimizi evimizde hissettik. Kesinlikle tekrardan geleceğiz. İyi ki yollarımız kesişmiş. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Mr Huseyin and his family are wonderful hosts. Communication is great, they are friendly, kind and extremely welcoming. Check in/out by Dale on behalf of the host was smooth and easy. The Villa is an amazing place to have a relaxing stay. Clean, spacious, homely, great facilities, as described and as the photo's clearly show. The location of the Villa is quiet and private but only a short walk into the centre of Dalyan and the many shops, bars and restaurants. The host cleans the pool and gardens everyday which are immaculately maintained with fruit trees, plants and flowers. I stayed with my Mum and Daughter, we had a fantastic holiday. This is a special place to stay and come home to after a day of trips or sightseeing, made particularly memorable by the hospitality of the host and his family. The saying 'we arrived as guests but left as friends' has never been more true. I would highly recommend Villa Pedaliza and will be booking again on my next visit to this beautiful area.

Villa son derece temiz güzel ve kullanışlı idi. İlandakilerden eksiği yok fazlası vardı. Mutlaka tavsiye ederim. Bir sonraki ziyaretimde inşallah müsait olması durumunda bu villayı tercih edeceğim

a wonderful villa in a stunning location. The centre of Dalyan and the riverfront are within easy walking distance, and the house itself is in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is very well appointed and thought out, we could not wish for any other amenities - it was all there. The pool is just wonderful - nice to have the option of a heated pool this time of the year. The table tennis was also a great hit with our teenagers. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hüseyin’s place, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I booked, Hüseyin was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure I had all the information I needed for a smooth check-in. The property itself was exactly as described, if not better. It was spotless, well-decorated, and equipped with everything I could possibly need. The attention to detail was evident, and it felt like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—close to all beautiful beaches and places like Sarigerme, Dalyan , Iztusu and another peaceful areas. What really stood out was Hüseyin’s hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, offering great local tips and even checking in occasionally to make sure everything was going well. It’s clear that they truly care about their guests and take pride in providing an outstanding experience. I would highly recommend staying at Hüseyin’s place…

This is one of the best experiences with ABNB location. The top floor apartment is spacious and can easily accommodate 5 persons but ideal for 4. The location is surrounded by small farms and it's very peaceful and quiet. Everything in the apartment works well, including the A/C units. Ortaça town is about 10mins away (7km) and the roads are good. Saragame beach is about 20mins as is Dalaman airport. We were able to do loads of activities being centrally located in Muğla; so paragliding, rafting, scuba diving etc are all accessible in nearby towns if you are willing to make the effort. Or you can simply chill at the house. Parking is on-premises and the area is very secure. There are no serious mosquitoe issues either. The hosts are wonderful and very helpful. They go above and beyond to make your stay happy. Ayesha and Suleiman's place comes with a strong recommendation. We stayed for 10 days and it was the best vacation spent.

Evde ihtiyaç duyulan herşey bulunuyor, 6 kişi rahat bir şekilde konakladık, ev yeni ve tüm elektrikli aletler sorunsuz çalışır durumda. Yeri çok merkezi, fırın, market ve pazar yeri gibi temel lokasyonlara çok yakın, evin konumu Muğla’nın gezilecek sahillerine 20-30 dakika mesafede.

Ramazan bey ve ailesi çok tatlı sıcak kanlı mütevazı insanlar. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Arabanız varsa gezilecek yerlerin tam ortası bir konumda. Ev çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Evde ihtiyaç duyulabilecek herşey vardı. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ederiz.

Это чудесное место, тишина и благодать. Особенно удивительно, насколько комфортные условия для жизни удалось создать хозяину посреди полей и гор. Все было отлично - светло, чисто, тепло, все пожелания были учтены. Очень понравилась красивая посуда и полотенца, в целом все подобрано приятно и со вкусом. Хотелось бы остаться подольше. Очень завидовали тем, кто приезжает в сезон, когда тепло и открыто кафе, потому что нам бы хотелось завтракать внизу на территории. Мы очень благодарны за возможность побывать у вас, спасибо за гостеприимство!

Dalyan'a gelince keyifle konaklayabileceğiniz bir yer. Herşey fotoğraflardaki ve açıklamalardaki gibiydi. Misafir olarak her sorumuza hızlıca yanıt verildi. Ayrıca erken giriş konusunda destek de olundu. Yeniden konaklama konusunda tereddüt etmeyeceğimiz bir yer. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
