Ali's accommodation was perfect for us spending a couple of days in Dalyan after attending a wedding in southern Turkey. The listing accurately describes the accommodation, very clean and well appointed. Lovely pool and bbq. Ali is great, very responsive and hospitable. We stayed in his nearby mintaapart for the day after checking out which was ideal for us having an evening flight.

A very enjoyable stay Tanner was very helpful in sorting out any problems we had the swimming pool was very well kept all in all it was a very lovely stay and would visit again

Das Haus beschticht mit seinem großen Pool, und ist perfekt für 7 Erwachsene. Auch die Zimmer größen und die Anzahl der Bäder perfekt geeignet, und alle Zimmer sehr auber. Jeder hat sein eigenen Privats bereich, wo er sich zurück ziehen kann. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wahren reichlich vorhanden. Ein großen Lob an Herr Sezai. Ich würde das Haus jeden mit guten Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Kamil was very hospitable, met and picked us up when we got lost in Dalaman. Organized a taxi for our departure and was ready to help with other small things we needed. The house was nice and clean, near the airport, which was perfect for us. The only downside is there is really no restaurants or stores around, but that's generally what Dalaman looks like unless you are by the airport road or in the downtown.

Villa was really lovely and spacious especially as there was only 3 of us. Pool was amazing. Emre and Victoria were always helpful especially with delayed flight and meeting us at the Villa late. Thank you. Location was lovely and great to see the swifts doing dance shows for us! Would have been helpful to have a welcome pack about the area, market, dolmus, excursions etc. Shame the centre is very touristy and hard to find Turkish shops but you can leave it all behind with a super walk by the river with stunning views. Thanks for a great stay, have been recommending to others.

Ev sahibimiz Alperen çok ilgiliydi, her sorunumuzda anında dönüş sağladı. Evin konumu çok iyi her şeyin ortasında gibi. Bizim gibi ilk kez gelenler için çok idealdi. Marmaris’e, Akyaka'ya Fethiye’ye eşit mesafede. Havaalanına yakın olması da bir diğer avantajı. Genel olarak memnun kaldık ama üç gün yetersizmiş onu farkettik. Daha uzun kalışlarda daha iyi verim alınabilir.

This is an amazing villa that is in a great quite location. The walk into the centre of Dalyan is flat and doesn't take long at all, around 20-25 mins. All of the bedrooms are comfortable, and the pool is perfect. Great for families with small children as well as older groups wanting their own place to chill while enjoying the local area. Filiz is an amazing host, with exceptional communication throughout, and really does want your stay to be the best it can. Thank you Filiz, 5 stars!!

Our stay at Pomegranate Garden Villas was very enjoyable. The property consists of three houses with a large garden surrounded by pomegranate trees. We stayed there for 4 days as a group of 12 adults, and we found everything we needed at hand. The ambiance was super relaxing, and our rooms were very comfortable. Beddings, bath towels, beach towels, board games, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, and everything else you might need during your stay were all provided generously. However, I believe there's a serious mosquito problem. This issue may not be specific to the property, I guess it's a common problem for the whole Dalyan area. Yet, maybe Helena can take some precautions about it because we each had 20-30 mosquito bites, and one of our friends had to take allergy medication due to a mosquito allergy. There are 2 beautiful pools in the garden, but again, there were a lot of mosquitoes and insects in the pool. We still enjoyed the pools a lot though.

We stayed at Ergun's place as 3 families (6 adults and 4 kids) and all of us were very happy about our stay. The house was better (and even bigger) than we expected. It was very clean, and full of amenities. We loved the BBQ area (separate from the house) with its own dishwasher, range, small fridge and a large table. Kids enjoyed the swing, the hammock and the orange trees in the back yard. Ergun took care of the pool every other day and he was very responsive throughout our stay. He recommended a wonderful boat for a day tour, a breakfast place we loved and even an other place to say for visiting friends. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and could not recommend our super host Ergun more.

Отличный дом для большой компании. Нас было 14 человек,красивые спальни, в каждой спальне свой туалет, было очень комфортно. Отличная территория, очень красивые виды. Сад с апельсинами и лимонами , очень вкусными. Хозяин отзывчивый и дружелюбный, быстро отвечал на все вопросы. Всё просто супер.

Halide place was absolutely stunning and it was even better in person. It was all state of the art appliances and breath taking inside. The location was about a 15 minute walk to downtown which always increased our appetite and helped us digest on the way back. The last few days the internet was in and out, but Halide was always responsive and willing to help. Majority of the essentials are included, but if you stay with a large group, you will definitely need to restock on some of the amenities. All in all, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home for your next vacation.

Lovely villa in a good location, easy walking distance to the local shops, town centre and some great restaurants on the river overlooking the Kaunos rock tombs. The pool and garden are the best part of the villa, lots of shade with lovely mature trees, shrubs and flowers. Other reviewers mention the road noise but it's not excessive and you quickly get used to it until you don't notice it. 5 double bedrooms, all ensuite, perfect for our family group of 6 adults and 3 small children. Our host, Ozgure, was very friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any small issues we had, adding to the great holiday we enjoyed.

What a wonderful week on Can's family pomegranate farm (the juice is incredible!). We were totally private, which is important to us, but they were on hand if we needed anything. It's surrounded by mountains and oh so quiet, apart from the clucking of what must be the happiest chickens on the planet who roam freely in the daytime amongst the pomegranate trees. Only 15 mins into Dalyan for shops and restaurants and only 40 mins from the airport. The perfect position. Thoroughly recommend. We loved it! Thank you Can and his parents.

Fuat was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He responded quickly whenever we had any issues. The house's furnishings and design were lovely, and he provided great recommendations for local attractions. I truly felt at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and sightseeing spots. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you, Fuat! :)

Very comfy beds, and sunbeds, 15 mins walk to the centre, we enjoyed the views, loved the pool, and it had what we needed. Gets the sun all day ☀️

Проживание в этом доме нам очень понравилось, красивый и комфортный дом. Новая мебель , уютные комнаты. Хозяева дома прекрасные люди, нас встретили , провели экскурсию по дому и помогли нам в наших делах.Я буду советовать этот дом моим друзьям. Если я буду в Даламане я обязательно вернусь в этот дом !
