View freighters, sailboats and the vast beautiful lake. We have Kayaks available for your use. The Ausable river is about 10 miles away. It offers excellent opportunities for canoeing and tubing

Lake George -a 90-acre all sports lake - amazing fishing, boating, and swimming at our mini sandy beach (or ice fishing in the winter). Public boat launch is on the other side of the lake. A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September.
