We stayed for a week and it was a comfortable stay. The house is clean. The host is very thoughtful in accomodating the guests as throughout the house there were sticky notes with instructions. The house has all the necessary amenities, though we did not use the laundry and did no cooking but everything was there in case we needed it. The area is quite peaceful. Overall, we had a good experience.

While journeying from the UK to Port Perry, we were fortunate to stay at the Horse Farm Luxury Estate for a week in September. Situated next to a riding school, the tranquil area was perfect for relaxation. Horses grazed in the paddock beside the house – their beauty admired from a distance as per the rule 'do not touch the horses'. The house's position was ideal for exploring the surrounding area, including Port Perry, with easy access to nearby highways for visits to Oshawa, Toronto, and even Niagara Falls. The spacious house had numerous amenities, such as a basement games room and a ground floor club area with a bar. A conservatory connected to a deck and hot tub. Anthony's great communication and assistance made our stay stress-free after a long journey. I highly recommend Horse Farm Luxury Estate for a comfortable stay in Port Perry.

We had a great long weekend in this space! The area and views are beautiful, the lakefront property is peaceful. We look forward to coming back again, thank you for everything!

The apartment was very clean, functional, quiet and private. The bed was clean and comfortable and the gas fireplace was warm and cozy. Jasmine is a great host, she answers promptly, is friendly, kind and helpful. It snowed a couple of times while we were in the apartment and she made sure the walkway to the apartment was shoveled off and clear. Any issues we had were handled and solved immediately. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment.

Sophie's place was exceptionally clean, and the room was spacious, featuring top-of-the-line appliances. There were ample supplies, including dishes and cutlery, ensuring a comfortable stay. Sophia was also incredibly accommodating, allowing an early check-in by two hours to meet my needs. While the neighborhood is quite new and still settling in, there is some dust in the area, but nothing that detracts from the overall experience. A great stay!

Meherun’s place was great and exactly as presented in the ad. She’s a very accommodating, friendly, trusting, and respectful host. The two of us stayed here for ~3 months, and the basement is spacious, modern, well furnished, well lit, and comes with a separate, private entrance. It has everything you need for long stays - modern appliances, like a large fridge/freezer, stove/oven, dish washer, washer and dryer, and a SmartTV. Two bedrooms, one with a desk I used for work-from-home and the other with a full walk-in closet. Comfy queen beds in both. Bathroom has a large shower, and modern vanity with a fancy Bluetooth mirror. The neighbourhood is nice with a paved trail near by for walking or biking. Close drive to the 401 from Salem, where there’s many stores, including Walmart, Costco, Canadian Tire, Cineplex, and restaurants. We will definitely think of staying here again the next time we’re around.

the place is as pictured, very comfortable for 3 people stay. host was responsive and accommodating. we had a nice stay here. the only small issue we had was that one of us was a light sleeper and got woken up early by noise upstairs, so keep that in consideration if you're a light sleeper. the rest of us were ok.

What a fantastic space! Annette was there to welcome us as we arrived and everything was just as described and pictured. It is obvious that Annette takes great pride in her home and in being a host. The only disappointment was that we didn’t stay longer!

Rasheeda was very responsive and the unit was extremely comfortable and clean. All the necessities were provided and the bedroom and bathroom were so spacious. It made my stay in Toronto so pleasant!

Beautiful home with classy decor. Home was cozy but scantily equipped with needed kitchen amenities. Be sure to read the house rules before booking! House rules are unnecessarily excessive, makes it uncomfortable to get that "home away from home" experience, so read the house rules before booking! Host must have had unpleasant situations with guests in the past. The house is gorgeously decorated and pristine, should be featured in a home magazine for real. Overall, we had a great stay!

It is a best and beautiful place to visit

a really nice property nestled away from the main city! felt like we were up north given that it's inside a York region protected forest! the property was very well stocked, really good appliances and extremely clean! Patrick was amazing in his communications: gave clear instructions and was quick in his replies! plenty of space in the property, lots of parking space, backyard space and a really nice pool area! the pool also had plenty of amenities. Definitely recommend Patrick and his Cedar Escape property!

Leijun is a very friendly sir with interesting life experience. We had a very impressive and happy chat. The room is very clean and comfortable. He has a lovely and big yard.
