Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Downstairs has a full bath. 1st floor has stacked twin beds and upstairs loft has 2 twin beds, plenty of room and a 1/2 bath. A great place to have tons of fun, close to everything! Near North Conway & there’s plenty to do. Everything is just 5 to 25 minutes away.

Welcome to Kirkland Cottage - great base for all New Hampshire has to offer! We’re a two minute drive from Ossipee Lake and right near the White Mountains, so you can explore lakes, mountains, and hiking trails. We are only an hour from Portland and Portsmouth. Kirkland Cottage house is 9 minutes to King Pine Ski area, 30 minutes to Cranmore, and 25 minutes to North Conway, which has great shopping, skiing, hiking, and lots of restaurants.
