This was our first day in Punta Cana and we visited with our entire family. Mike and Heidi were amazing house from the very moment that we booked our trip! Every question was answered in a timely manner, and all of the recommendations we asked for were provided. They even organized our private transfer to and from the airport as well as our excursions! Super fun trip and highly recommend renting this location! The only thing that we would say is that the Jacuzzi was never warm, but we’re not sure if that was supposed to be that way or not since the country is quite warm and most people probably prefer to stay in cooler water. Definitely not a Mike and Heidi issue!!!

Our stay was abbreviated due to our lack of tolerance for the area due to being approached outside of the security gate by aggressive street hustlers non-stop. This is no fault of the property or our host, but just not for us. Our host offered every accommodation possible and went above and beyond with assisting in transportation and food delivery options.

Es un condominio muy tranquilo y limpio, muy cerca de todo. Mi familia y yo agradecemos mucho a Alex por todas sus atenciones, y sin duda volveríamos.

Nos encantó el apartamento bien espacioso y fresco, el balcón nuestro lugar favorito las fotos no le hacen justicia a la hermosa vista. Se respira aire fresco y mucha paz. John excelente host muy atento en todo momento. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme, la pasamos súper.

We stayed for one month. The best thing other than the weather and the beautiful beaches, was the service we received from the host Go Punta Cana Vacations. They were truly the best of any service I have ever received anywhere. They were extremely organized and communication was second to none. We had a few issues during our stay, but were resolved immediately. The apartment was very clean on arrival. The AC worked well. The kitchen was well equipped. So nice to have a washer and dryer. I appreciated the room darkening shade in the primary bedroom. The pool was clean and the grounds were well kept. The condo is very well located near everything. I was a bit worried about the large deposit required for electricity beforehand if staying for more than 28 days, but rest assured, they reimburse you back for what you don’t use. The apartment was a bit pricey and showing a bit of wear and tear, but knowing we had such an attentive host, it was well worth it! Thank you again. We’ll be back!

My husband and I were both celebrating our birthday and this location was perfect and peaceful. We ate at all the restaurants and all of the food was good and so was the service, I recommend getting a golf cart just so you can explore all of the resort. We loved our stay and we will be back, thank you Sebastian for your hospitality we really appreciate it.

Very communicative host. Amazing location (the master bedroom is particularly beautiful). It is a bit hard to find is the only qualm. Otherwise, perfect.

El mejor lugar para quedarse en los Altos, apto bello, todo prácticamente nuevo, primer piso, patio precioso, todo silencioso. Maravilloso spot para ir a relajarse, buena vibra!!!
