Looking for a secluded, quiet, low-key escape without being totally off grid? Our tiny house is tucked in a grove of trees with views you will remember for a life time. On top of our highest hay field where you can see the sunrise and sunset right on the front porch, not to mention the star-gazing! Visit our family owned dairy farm while you stay . For over 4 guests you may bring a tent and camp at The Shack and still enjoy all the amenities. This experience will be a once in a lifetime.

Hawkhill A-Frame hide away Catskills 30 acres

Hawkhill, an idyllic and secluded getaway. 2 bedrooms, queen beds. high speed WiFi. Electric heat, wood stove. Enjoy the fire and watch the wildlife. Fire pit. Driveway access all year. Trails to the pond, creek, and a small waterfall. Oneonta 20 minutes. Cooperstown 45 minutes. Visit charming Franklin. Amazing second story deck that faces only woods. Dog friendly for up to 2 dogs. Stand alone ac unit in main room in July/August. There is a camera facing the driveway. No cleaning fee.

Secluded and Private Catskills Cabin with a View

Modern cabin on the mountains of the western Catskills. There is a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, an assortment of books, board games, puzzles, and an indoor wood-burning stove. There is reliable, high-speed fiber-optic wifi. There is no TV. Note: In winter (Dec-March at least) you will NEED a vehicle with AWD or 4WD to reach the cabin. The final .75 mile of the drive is a dirt road with a couple of hills that could be difficult for an FWD vehicle to safely get up or down.

The Catskill Scenic Trail, known for its walking, running, biking & horseback riding, is within walking distance. The Catskills have become a popular destination, with it's booming food scene and views.

Rent a large, beautiful lake house with its own lake and nature sanctuary. Brand new with 4 bedrooms (incl. loft), 2 baths, kitchen, living room, handmade Amish woodwork. Sleeps 10 comfortably (14 w/air mattresses). Eco-friendly solar panels and geothermal HVAC, your own wildlife refuge and 1-mile path around Silver Lake in New Berlin. Includes a large yard, row boat, paddle board, sports equipment, fire pit, basketball court.

Lake view apartment on 2nd floor with stairs to private entrance. Deck with seating and dining areas overlooking the lake. 2 bedrooms. One with king bed with a view of the lake. 2nd bedroom with queen bed with views of the woods. 1 bathroom, living room with TV, Kitchen and dining area. Access to lake is right across the road for swimming, kayaking, fishing and non-motorboats, Fire pit and picknick table.

Last Stand. Private apartment over workshop/studio

You’ll love my place because of The peace and quiet and about 13 miles to Cooperstown. Lots of walking trails Pond with wood fired sauna. King size bed. Private deck with gas grill. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids). There is limited WiFi , satellite so no streaming. Att works best here. Tv plus a DVD player. Lots of movies.
