Great country cottage style cozy farmhouse, beautifully decorated with a well provisioned kitchen and super comfortable beds. We loved having the parking space in Cooperstown for induction weekend, it teally worked out great! The grill was like new and we had a wonderful bonfire one night. One of our favorites stays to date!

The best review we can give is that this was our third time returning to this amazing house for a winter escape. The house is stunning and abounds with character. Relaxing by the fire, cooking in the well-equipped and cozy kitchen, dining by candlelight. It’s a gorgeous old home that has been beautifully maintained and has all the creature comforts you’ll desire. The area is beautiful in any season, with several quaint towns close by with local shopping and ample dining options. Scott is also a responsive and generous host, though I doubt you’ll need anything at all! Go enjoy this beautiful home!

The house was super clean. It was great for our family of 5. The view of the mountains was beautiful. It was definitely worth the money. We had an issue with the internet but DeMak was super quick and helpful with that fixed. If we have another trip to Copperstown All star village we will book here.

Great for multiple families that are participating in Cooperstown Tournament. House is amazing, spacious. Huge yard, will definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at Tom’s house while our son played at Cooperstown All Star Village. Tom greeted us upon arrival, offered us great recommendations, provided a tour of the house and any details we would need for our stay. The house and property is generous and peaceful. We felt right at home. It was a seamless ride to CASV, Cooperstown and Oneonta. Make a point to stop at Weaver’s farm for fresh bread, baked goods, deli, grilling items and any other essentials you may need. We highly recommend Tom’s house and would absolutely rent again when we are in the area.

We stayed in the chalet. We were so happy when we saw how cute and peaceful the place was. We had everything we needed. Check in was super easy. The surroundings were beautiful. We were 20 minutes from Main Street in Cooperstown. We found a great restaurant/bar(Upstate bar & grill) not far from the chalet. We had a lovely stay. Chrissy was super responsive and flexible. Would love to come back.

This is our second time staying at the farm house. It’s just as magical as our first time a year ago but with an added trail! Brian and his family are great. They made sure to let us know they are available at this remote location without over burdening us. The house was amazing- mattress are great, pillows are great, pots/pans are great, grill works wonderfully- all things I didn’t realize were important till staying at BnBs without these accompaniments. We have stayed here for our sons’ Cooperstown trip (all-star village). It’s around 30 min away which is perfect- and it gave our kids stuff to do on off hours/last day. We are definitely hoping to come back. Thank you Randy!

This little cabin was exactly what we were hoping for when planning our Adirondack Adventure. Antoinette and Adrian were great hosts and incredibly friendly. Wonderfully private and quiet and the front row seat to beautiful scenery and wildlife was an unexpected added bonus. Will absolutely try to stay here again

I'm not sure I can say enough about how wonderful this place was for all of us. Donna must have spent hours deciding what to provide for guests. Nothing was missing. She was available at all hours, helpful, and super pleasant to deal with. We stayed a whole week enjoying all that Cooperstown baseball for 12 year old boys had to offer. And we hope to return in another two years when the next grandson is ready to play as well. Thanks again, Donna!

This place is fantastic for peace, quiet, and solitude. We were in for the Cooperstown baseball tournament so this place was our respite from the crowds. It is easy to unplug and relax when you’re on a beautiful deck looking out into trees and hearing only birds and the wind through the leaves. I would love to spend more time here!

Even better than the photos. The house had everything we needed for a cozy week away. It felt like visiting a friend upstate! Our hosts were very responsive and flexible. They left a few little gifts for us and it was absolutely lovely. There were a couple of hiccups were addressed immediately and they even offered a late checkout without having to ask. A great experience overall!

This was our second time staying at "The Ranch" and this stay was as great as the first time. It snowed all day on Thanksgiving and the view from the very large windows made it magical. It was like a Hallmark movie with the turkey dinner cooking and watching the snow, all while being nice and cozy inside with family. The kitchen was equipped with everything in it that we needed to cook with. The place is immaculate, beds are comfortable, and the master bedroom and bath are spacious. Once again, I couldn't stop looking outside at the scenery. We saw deer every day, ducks swimming in a pool at the creek, and geese flying above. I absolutely love the privacy and peacefulness of "The Ranch" and hope to stay there again.

The house was great, we felt right at home here. There was so much wildlife. A beaver pond around the corner that we checked out and watched them swim, multiple deer on the lawn at dusk, beautiful area. I would definitely recommend this plane for any kind of get away.

Travelled with my 2 young kids to meet an old friend with her 2 young kids, and this house was simply perfect for our weekend reunion! the landscape is breathtaking and the area so quiet and secluded. The play room upstairs and the playset in the yard were perfect for keeping the kids entertained, and little details like kids flatware in the kitchen and sidewalk chalk on the front porch were so thoughtful of the hosts. We loved this house and our stay so much that we hope to make it an annual reunion. Next time, we'll plan ahead a bit better with a few things. We'll make time for more grocery shopping so we can bring in more to cook in this beautifully stocked kitchen (the nearest grocery is 20 mins away, but we did just fine with a few local restaurants). We'll also bring extra fans since we travelled during a heat wave and though the window screens and fans onsite were helpful, we needed more for ideal comfort. Our stay was fantastic. The home, top to bottom, was very clean and organized. Instructions on entering and use of the home were clear and informative. The surrounding area is beautiful and a wonderful change of pace from our big city lifestyle. Serene is a good description of the property. The home is as pictured and had every amenity we needed. We hope to stay again.

This unit was very clean and well suited with everything needed. While staying in a barn, it didn’t feel like one as it was very new and updated with a modern feel. The host Mike was very friendly and even showed us around his barn with the animals.

Shannon’s farmhouse is immaculate and cozy. Shannon is very responsive and helpful. It was the perfect location for my family as we attended my daughter’s wedding at Longview Farm and Event Center. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.
