Near the Catskill region of Upstate NY. 7 minutes from the infamous Gilbertsville Farmhouse Goat Yoga, 5 minutes to Butternuts Park, 35 minutes from The Baseball Hall Of Frame, and a ton of nature in between. The outside area has a deck, a fire pit area, a hammock, great views, and an incredible sight of the Milky Way on a clear night. The stars here will blow you away. If you want to experience nature, our homestead has a one room king bed cottage between 2 ponds. A private full bath is 25 steps away. Enjoy the serenity of the water. The cottage is insulated, heated, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used with your own accounts. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want/need anything. Guests have full use of the ponds and acres to enjoy!

Cooperstown Lyrical Gardens

Feel at home in your own private space, attached to a large farmhouse nestled on 100 acres. Enjoy using the property for lounging, hiking, campfires or reflection. A continental breakfast of homemade bread and local free range fresh eggs, and produce and fresh herbs from our garden when in season will await you. Coffee and tea is provided each morning. Feel free to partake your coffee and breakfast outside on the swing overlooking pond.

Cabin Clack is a quiet, stream-side retreat bordering 1000 acres of wild trails in NY State Forest. The cabin is a historic hunting cabin from circa 1935. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.

A large pond to enjoy, sitting by with a good book or watching the wildlife. We have a cobblestone firepit to enjoy during the evening surrounded by seating.
