What a lovely, cozy, warm, and quiet place! The peaceful neighborhood, next to a local park and a short two-minute walk from a beautiful city view of Osaka, is truly delightful. We felt at peace here, and the many nice restaurants within easy walking distance were a wonderful bonus. Our host was wonderful, responding almost instantly to any questions. We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your lovely home; we plan to return again.

事前の写真で拝見した通り、外観、室内ともに美しく、期待以上の清潔感で驚きました。部屋全体が丁寧に清掃され、整理整頓が行き届いており、非常に気持ちよく過ごすことができました。トイレやバスルーム等の水回りも完璧に清掃されていました。 室内には幼児向けのおもちゃが豊富に用意されており、子供たちも飽きることなく、楽しく過ごすことができました。また、敷地内に車を2台駐車できた点も大変助かりました。 周辺環境についても、住宅街ゆえに日中、夜間ともに非常に静かです。徒歩で10分もかからない場所にスーパー（平和堂）があり、食材の買い物には困らないと思います。 全体を通して、不満に感じる点は皆無でした。強いて挙げるとすれば、キッチンのコンロ数に対して、大きなサイズのフライパンが一つしかなかったため、複数の料理を同時に進める際にやや手間に感じた程度です。ですが、これは些細な点でしょう。 総じて、非常に満足度の高い滞在となり、ホスト様のおかげで素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました。清潔さ、設備、利便性において、自信を持って他の方にもお勧めできる素晴らしい施設です。

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is super clean, huge & peaceful with beautiful surroundings. We love the traditional feeling of the house. The kitchen is complete with all the cutleries & utensils. Highly recommended. We don’t even stay upstairs as downstair place already enough.

Easy to find, accurate description, nice little house near the lake. Can be a little bit noisy with the highway close by, but in general super quiet! Flexible with check in, as we arrived a little bit earlier than expected. Super recommend, thank you!

Our stay at Yamashita’s beautiful 100-year-old Japanese villa in Kyoto was the perfect way to end our 2 week vacation in Japan. The house is spacious, very clean, and well-equipped, perfect for our group of 12. It has everything you need and more. It has a serene garden, jacuzzi, and sauna—the kids especially loved the jacuzzi! Yamashita is an EXCEPTIONAL host—very warm, helpful, and accommodating. She drove us to supermarkets and places we wanted to go and even picked us up for a small fee. She prepared simple yet delicious breakfasts. She was quick to respond to messages and even guided us on using local buses. Though the house is a bit far from the touristy areas, the peace and quiet of Yamashita’s home made it the perfect retreat. It offered a more authentic and relaxing experience of Japan. I highly recommend Yamashita’s villa to anyone looking for comfort, culture, and outstanding hospitality. And to anyone looking for a truly memorable stay in a traditional Japanese home.

地図で場所が分かりにくかったのですが、電話ですぐに対応してくださり助かりました。キッチンの家電の使い方がわからない物が多くコーヒーが飲めなかったのが残念でした。 ボートも使えるのかと思ってたのですが飾りでした。部屋は綺麗で部屋数も多くロフトもあり子供達はかくれんぼを楽しんでました。BBQコンロが最高でした。

想像以上に素晴らしく快適な滞在でした。とても清潔で必要なものは全て揃っていましたし、周囲には沢山の飲み屋などがありました。駐車場もすぐ近くで停めやすく、宿を見つけるのも簡単でした。室内はとても広くて過ごしやすく、お風呂のお湯なども豊富に出ました。本当に我々のニーズには完璧に合った宿でした。お勧めします。

Apartment is situated very close to metro station. Osaka castle is walkable from the place. Note: There are 3 rooms in the apartment with 3 separate doors. If you are a group of family, inform the owner to share 3 keys. If now you might have to enter via one room to go to the other 2 rooms. We were given only one key. When i asked the host, they shared the other keys on same day. Everything is in walkable distance and it includes a nice park

we had a good stay in Takaki's apartment, near Dotonbori street. Takaki was super responsive and helped us a lot during our entry following a problem we had. The apartment corresponded to the photo and was clean and well equipped. good stay I recommend!

Great stay overall except the wifi was very spotty. Worked maybe 25% of the time so used a lot of my personal data during the stay. No other issues though.

L'appartement est très très bien placé à Dotonbori (restaurant, shopping et ambiance). Il était propre et bien rangé. Le métro n'est pas très loin donc c'est un plus. Murakami a été parfait comme hôte 🙂 merci pour tout.

교통정보부터 질문에 친절하게 답변 해주었다 답변이 빠른게 좋았어요 화장실 침실 및 사용구역 전부 깨끗하였습니다 일회용식기 ,칫솔 (아래 더 준비 되어있었다) 식기류 준비가 넉넉하고 사용에 적합한 것들로 구성. 냉장고 사이즈도 적당했다고 봅니다. 냉장 냉동 전부 잘되었고 에어컨 냄새없이 잘 작동함 샴푸 린스 일회용세면도구 (머리끈 면도기 폼클렌징 면봉) 콘센트 고데기 넷플릭스 와이파이 우산 스팀다리미가 특히 마음에 들었습니다 따로 준비해갈것이 없다고 생각합니다 개인 충전기 정도 챙기길 연박이였는데 휴지 수건 요청시 바로 준비되었어요 문열면 그곳이 도톤보리 입니다. 그게 숙소 선택 이유였다. (밤에 시끄럽다고 생각 안했음) 계단이 가파르고 많아서 오르기 난감하니 무거운 짐이 있다면 힘내세요... 부족한점은 굳이 말하자면 침구류냄새가 조금 아쉬웠다. 페브리즈 사서 개인이 뿌리몀 해결될것입니다. (but, 저는 청결 그 중 냄새에 매우 예민합니다) 오사카 다시 방문하면 재방문 의향이 있습니다. 무거운 짐 없이 😉

Good location for staying with family. Located in a laidback neighborhood with 7Eleven and supermarket nearby. Short walk to station and restaurants. Appreciated the laundry/dryer machine and amenities like stroller, plates/cups for kids, tea/coffee, etc. Beds were comfortable. Host responded right away when asked about trash. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

滞在中はとても快適に過ごすことができました。 お部屋は清潔で広く、オーナーの方もとても親切で、やり取りもスムーズでした。全体的に大変満足しています。 気になった点としては、建物の目の前が駐輪場になっており、夜間や早朝にバイクの音が少し気になることがありました。 それ以外は文句なしで、同伴したパートナーもとても満足していました。本当に素敵なお部屋で、また機会があればぜひ利用したいです。

O apartamento era exatamente como nas fotos, super limpo e equipado, com pasta dental e escovas de dentes, sabonete, shampoo, creme de cabelo, produtos para lavar roupas , máquina de lavar e secar disponíveis na acomodação, cozinha completa, o dono do apartamento foi dar as boas vindas, muito gentil e prestativo, foi perguntar se estava tudo em ordem. Todas as instruções eram escritos em vários idiomas. Em cima tem um restaurante muito bom e em frente tem o maior lago do Japão, realmente lugar maravilhoso para se hospedar, ☺️ voltaremos

Our host was excellent. Proactive communication, friendly and helpful. I failed my responsibility of checking out to standard, but the host was still very gracious. This was a great place to stay.

琵琶湖沿いにある一棟貸しのお家です。 テラスから直接砂浜に降りることもできます。 テラスでBBQができ景色がとても綺麗で周りも静かでした。 キッチン周りも充実しており基本的な調理器具や食器類は揃っています。 リビングに大きいソファもあるので非常に快適な過ごせました。

子どもと一緒に宿泊。清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。バスタオル、タオルを十分に用意してくださりありがたかったです。
