Riad Jaseema is amazing and great location! The rooftop is very relaxing and the plunge pool freezing but good after a hot walk through the souk. Hind and Rachid are really friendly and helpful! The room close to the street is very noisy so for that room might be good to bring earplugs:-) Would highly recommend to stay here. Thanks!

Beautiful and comfortable villa situated on a secure, private estate just minutes from the airport. Very friendly, helpful and responsive hosts, cannot recommended them highly enough. An overnight storm caused an issue with the pool and the electric gates, within minutes of making the hosts aware it was being dealt with and the hosts even sent us a delivery of donuts for the inconvenience! So thoughtful and a lovely touch.

Das Anwesen liegt in einer privaten bewachten Wohnsiedlung. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet, wir fanden es großartig. Der Garten ist wirklich schön, allerdings ist die Pumpe für den Pool und die Bewässerung relativ laut, auch weil hier eine Tür als Lärmschutz fehlt. Da wir aber nicht am Pool gelegen haben, hat es uns nicht gestört. Es ist wirklich eine paradiesische Umgebung mit einer sympathischen Haushälterin, die auf Wunsch ein leckeres Menü direkt vor Ort zum späteren Verzehr zubereitet. Dieses haben wir gern in Anspruch genommen, da wir nicht nach Marrakech zum Essen fahren wollten - warum auch, wenn man privat in einer so schönen Umgebung essen kann. Es gibt Zeiten, in denen häufiger Flugzeuge zu hören sind, aber auch das hat unser Wohlbefinden nicht beeinträchtigt. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent séjour à la villa Dais, nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueillis par Marie mais également toute l'équipe de la maison. Le lieu est très agréable, les chambres sont très spacieuses, la cuisine excellente. Tout est parfait! Merci encore.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la villa de Fatiha. Les photos correspondent parfaitement. Fatiha est très réactive dès que nous avons besoin de quelque chose. Nous avons pu bénéficier des services de la cuisinière et du transport et ce fut un vrai plus. Merci pour tout. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette magnifique villa. La villa est magnifique avec une décoration soignée et une ambiance très agréable. Les hôtes ont été extrêmement sympathiques et réactifs, répondant rapidement à toutes nos questions. Le gardien nous a accueillis chaleureusement et s’est montré très compréhensif tout au long de notre séjour. Grâce à cette villa et à l’accueil exceptionnel, notre famille a vécu des vacances mémorables. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement à tous ceux qui cherchent confort, beauté et hospitalité.

Un vrai petit coin de paradis ! Le logement est exactement comme décrit : propre, calme, en pleine nature, parfait pour se détendre. Le cadre est magnifique et complètement privé, on s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. À quelques minutes d’un village où on trouve tout ce qu’il faut. Et surtout, un immense merci à Nour Eddine pour son accueil chaleureux et ses petites attentions tout au long du séjour. On repart avec de beaux souvenirs et l’envie de revenir très vite.

Nice place not too far from the city center, about a 10 min taxi ride. Multiple pools that you can utilize and a huge golf course. It has a walking path with is a few km long around the area which is lovely to walk around. A downside is that it is right by the airport so you hear planes take off and land often. Another downside is the small bed. It is roughly a 120cm wide bed which is very snug for two normal sized people. The apartment is spacious and has a lovely patio. Faisal was very accommodating and helpful.

Tarik was a brilliant host! He blocked the day before so we could have an early check-in! We had two kids so this helped immensely as we arrived in Marrakech early morning. He also provided a brand new cot for our six month old baby. He went above and beyond. Location wise, plenty of shops outside the building for food/groceries/coffee etc. We had to get a taxi to the main square/medina. It is manageable walking around 20mins to Majorelle / 40mins to the main hub. Would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you for making our stay great.

Without a doubt the most beautiful accommodations we had on our whole trip, the apartment was unbelievably spacious and luxurious. Mustapha and his staff were so friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond. Also, the Gueliz neighbourhood was a very fun place to be and only a short Taxi/Indrive away from the Medina. The only small downside was the slow internet and cell service, but this was a very minor inconvenience. I highly recommend anyone looking to visit Marrakesh, stay with Mustapha!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans un endroit reposant et très agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueilli, l'appartement était très propre et la piscine pour les enfants est super.

Un grand merci à Shawn pour son accueil chaleureux ! L’hôte a été très à l’écoute et disponible tout au long du séjour. L’appartement était propre, confortable et parfaitement conforme aux photos. Ce ne sera certainement pas ma dernière visite ! Je recommande vivement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet appartement magnifique. res de jadin avec acces direct a la piscine. Idéal quand on a des enfants La vue dégagée est superbe, et l’appartement est très bien entretenu, avec du linge de lit et des serviettes propres, ce qui est toujours appréciable. La résidence est splendide, offrant un cadre agréable et reposant. Malgré la proximité de l'aéroport, le bruit des avions ne nous a absolument pas dérangés. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce logement au cœur de Marrakech ! L’appartement est magnifique, en vrai il est mieux que sur les photos, très spacieiux, très propre, très bien équipé et parfaitement adapté aux familles. Sa situation à 2 pas du M Avenue est vraiment très pratique : on peut sortir facilement, tout est à portée de main sans avoir à sortir en voiture, Un vrai plus quand on est avec des enfants. Houda et Kamel sont des hôtes formidables, chaleureux et très disponibles. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

This apartment is truly a piece of art. With its three beautiful suites, stunning decor, and carefully chosen furniture, it made us want to spend the entire trip indoors! The highlight for us was the amazing, fully equipped terrace—we spent most of our time there enjoying the ambiance. Being right in the city center was a game changer, especially during the busy Gitex Africa week. We didn’t need to use our car at all, as everything we needed was just a short walk away. Highly recommend this place for both comfort and convenience!

L'appartement de Fleurs correspond parfaitement à la description. Situé dans un immeuble neuf de haut standing et d'une propreté impeccable, il ne nous a réservé aucune mauvaise surprise. L'accueil d'Olivier a été chaleureux, et le gardien de l'immeuble s'est montré très sympathique et souriant. Son emplacement est idéal, dans le quartier de Guéliz et à une trentaine de minutes à pied de la Médina et 15 minutes des magnifiques Jardins de Majorelle. La belle terrasse et la piscine sont un véritable atout, ce qui me pousse à recommander vivement cet appartement. Le seul petit bémol concerne les deux canapés du séjour, qui ne sont pas idéalement adaptés pour des adultes. En revanche, la literie de la chambre est neuve et très confortable.
