Extremely large loft, great views from the top floor and nobody can see into your apartment. Two balconies/terraces makes it even more great. Very bright apartment, lots of sun the whole day. Very quiet at night, good sleep is guaranteed. There is a private underground car parking lot belongs to the flat. Building with elevator which goes almost directly to the apartment. Laurent is a great host, always available and helpful. Speaks fluent English. He helped us to open the door when we forgot keys inside and it happened very fast despite it was evening. Overall great experience.

Great stay with a brilliant balcony. We used the e-bike rentals to get into Brussels city centre which tool around 20 mins each way and cost €10 for 120 minutes. This was convenient as the bikes could be parked <5 minutes away. Instructions for check in were clear and easy to follow.

Super fijn verblijf! Zeer schoon en netjes. Prachtige sauna. Goede locatie. Flora was erg behulpzaam. Een puntje van aandacht is de douchekop die nergens aan kon hangen. Verder hebben we met onze kinderen genoten van het appartement.

Caroline est quelqu’un de très bienveillante ! Nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème et les discussions étaient fluides et très sympathiques! Son logement est super, petit nid douillet ! Les alentours sont calmes. C’est idéal si vous voulez être loin de la cohue de Bruxelles. On peut aller en ville grâce au métro (9 stations environ 25 min en tout porte à porte) c’est vraiment idéal ! Je recommande fortement ce logement !

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet appartement spacieux et lumineux de 85 m², idéalement situé en plein centre de Mons. Tout y est pensé pour le confort des voyageurs : l’équipement est complet, la literie très confortable, et chaque détail est soigné pour offrir une expérience agréable. La propriétaire est d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité exceptionnelles. Très arrangeante et flexible, elle s’adapte avec bienveillance aux besoins des voyageurs, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Un grand merci pour cette belle expérience ! Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et n’hésiterons pas à revenir.

De woning is heel licht en ruim. Nog meer dan je door de foto's zou verwachten. De omgeving is rustig en toch heel dicht bij het centrum. Munire is heel aardig en behulpzaam. We voelden ons meer dan welkom. En bonus was dat er 2 lieve katten in huis waren. Ik voelde mij er erg thuis.

Incredible apartment & location! We felt so lucky to find it & be able to stay here. The neighbourhood is very cool with plenty of cafes, bars & restaurants nearby, and it’s a very easy bicycle ride or tram trip into the city. The apartment is beautiful; very clean & stylish with an incredible view and lots of natural light.

Fully equipped apartment. Very clean and welcoming. The only disadvantage was the noise from the street (tram and shops).

Wir hatten mit drei Paaren und zwei Kleinkindern einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die Zimmer waren mit Kinderbett etwas eng, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Die Küche hat die Standardausstattung an Geräten – eine leckende Kaffeemaschine hat uns zwar auf Trapp gehalten, soll aber nun ausgetauscht werden (hatte wohl keiner vorher an die Gastgeber berichtet). Die Umgebung und das Ambiente mit Ausblick auf das Schloss sind einfach traumhaft. Bei Sonnenschein kann man den ganzen Tag auf dem Gelände verbringen, ohne dass es langweilig wird. Die Hunde laufen oft frei herum und sind sehr anhänglich und verspielt, also wunderbar für Hundefans! Die Sauna-Anleitung könnte etwas detaillierter ausfallen, nach einigen probieren haben wir sie aber auch zum Laufen bekommen. Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft, um einfach mal abzuschalten oder Zeit mit Freunden oder der Familie zu verbringen. Ich würde es jedem weiterempfehlen!

Deuxième séjour chez Guy, la maison est toujours un plaisir pour notre groupe de 6. Tout était propre et la piscine couverte nous a permis d'en profiter autant sur les beaux jours que ceux de pluie! Très confortable pour nous 6, aucun problème d'eau chaude. Petit soucis de wifi en début de séjour mais Guy a été très réactif pour essayer de trouver une solution. En plus, le logement est accessible en transports en commun (train de Bruxelles pour Braine-Le-Comte, gare à 15-20min à pied).

We were a group of 9 people. We had an absolute BALL at Casaflows establishment. The house was utterly stunning and had even more wow factor than the images. The accommodation is just a 5 minute walk away from the metro service so easily accessible for the city centre. The accommodation was comfortable, very clean and worth the price. The check in was rather late however due to the easy city links this wasn’t much of an issue. I must say, one thing that isn’t on the listing is that you have the be quiet by 9pm which wasn’t an issue for us but must be something to think about. The neighbourhood for the accommodation was quiet and friendly with lots of pubs and eateries within walking distance and a super market less than a 5 minute walk. The team were very very responsive and helpful with whatever we needed. The team were kind and really made us feel at home. We all felt right and home here in Brussels and we were very sad to leave! We couldn’t recommend this house enough!

We had a lovely stay at the house, it is beautifully furnished and appointed with great taste. There was everything we could possibly need for our stay. It is conveniently located, not too close to the city centre but only a very short walk from Abbaye tram stop which goes straight to the centre, or to change trams and go to the European quarter. There is a supermarket close by as well, and park areas to walk around. The house is quiet and comfortable, and provides plenty for space for a family or group, provided you don't mind stairs! It would have been fascinating to have had some information provided on the history of the building and neighbouring properties, as I am sure it has quite a story to tell. Many thanks, Alexandra!

Het contact met de verhuurder verliep zeer vlot en vriendelijk. Het huis beschikt over uitstekende faciliteiten en alles was voorzien zoals geadverteerd. Het is een mooie woning die perfect geschikt was voor onze vergaderingen.

Tout était parfait pendant ce séjour pour notre groupe de 10 personnes. L'environnement, les deux maisons, la décoration, les équipements, la propreté, la proximité d'activités diverses, les services de restauration à domicile, tout était très au top. C'était parfait pour notre team building. Certains des participants ont dit qu'ils voulaient revenir avec leur famille très bientôt. C'est vraiment qu'ils ont aimé. Une mention très spéciale pour notre hôte, Sarah qui a été bien au-delà que ce que ses invités seraient en droit d'attendre. Serviabilité, proactivité, gentillesse, accueil, recommandations, etc. Elle mérite largement son titre de "Super Hôte".

Het huis is verrassend ingedeeld: het was voor de kinderen een echte ontdekkingstocht. De grote tuin is leuk, het was enkel een verrassing dat de dieren (schapen en kippen) los in de tuin lopen. Dat is niet zo handig wanneer je ook een enthousiaste hond mee hebt. We hebben de schapen en kippen dan wel apart kunnen zetten, waardoor de hond toch ook nog van de tuin heeft kunnen genieten. Het uitzicht vanop het terras en van in de tuin, eetkamer en keuken is super rustgevend: uitkijkend op natuur, en als het donker is zie je nauwelijks andere lichten. De uitrusting van het huis is super omdat het een echte woonhuis is met alles erop en eraan. De openheid en gastvrijheid van de hosts is dan ook opmerkelijk omdat je echt in die mensen hun leefwereld komt. De hosts reageren snel op vragen. Een echte aanrader voor een verblijf met 2 gezinnen om met enkele vrienden.

Wir haben Biekes wunderschönes Haus für drei Tage über Silvester beziehen dürfen. Sie hat das alte Haus mit sehr viel Liebe umgebaut. Wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Bieke lebt hier selbst, sodass das Haus einen hohen Wohlfühlcharakter aufweist und keine lieblos eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ist. Das trägt auch maßgeblich dazu bei, dass wirklich alles vorhanden ist, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. An der Sauberkeit haben wir auch absolut nichts auszusetzen gehabt.
