It can be closed off and you'll have all the privacy you'll need. But, I live downstairs and we share the frontdoor & hallway during your stay, so it is not a place for parties and loud groups.

The apartment is the upper floor (35m2) in a historic house (1930's) . Your private space consists of 2 rooms, bathroom and walk-in cupboard. You can sleep in separate rooms if you wish. There is a kitchenette (stove, microwave, fridge). Parking space in front of house, free in weekends and free during week at Vulcanusdreef, 5 min walk. I live in the other part of the house. The house is located 10 minutes from centre by bike, 25 minutes walking. Towels are present.

De rustige buurt ligt op slechts 12 minuten fietsen naar het historische stadscentrum (gratis fietsen beschikbaar). Je eigen 'voorhuis' heeft een eigen ingang en alle gemakken. Dus je hebt alle privacy, maar als je hulp nodig hebt, helpen we je graag (we wonen hiernaast). Ps de nieuwe super (prijswinnende Bruno bed) slaapbank is aangekomen en is geïnstalleerd!

Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !

'Het Witte Heertje' is een zelfstandig gasthuis aan ons eigen huis, op steenworp afstand van de sfeervolle Utrechtse grachten met volop winkelgelegenheid en restaurantjes. Het huisje is in 2019 geheel gerenoveerd en heeft alle voorzieningen voor een paar comfortabele dagen weg. De ruimte heeft een boven- en benedenverdieping van totaal ongeveer 40m2. Het is in de basis ingericht voor twee personen, optioneel kun je met vier overnachten.
