This is our second visit to Jon's listing. We enjoy the location and easy access to the Kentucky Horse Park. The apartment is lovely and very spacious and was accommodating for 5 people. I highly recommend this property.

Lexington is a great city, and this was easy walking distance to downtown with my wife and teenage kids. If you love old houses and charming streets full of them, check this place out. The space is up a fairly steep flight of stairs that was fine for us, but I could see someone with mobility issues struggling with them. The place was very cute, albeit odd, given the age of the building and squeezing a unit in on the upper level. It was charming to us as we are a fans of older homes. You will dodge some low sloping ceilings as you move around the unit. The one glitch was that our downstairs neighbors got noisy one night. I messaged John around midnight, assuming he wouldn't see it until the next day. However, he surprised me with a quick return note. He contacted the noisy neighbors, and they quickly quieted down. Top notch service. I would come back for sure to enjoy the street, walk downtown, hit Keeneland, and enjoy all Lexington has to offer.

Exactly as described and impeccably clean, great direction to park and entire the unit. Host was available when any questions came about, I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Albert’s place is amazing. Super charming decor and very comfortable. Easy to get to and in and out. Very worth the stay. We were in Kentucky for the Derby and decided to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Louisville. This location is perfect for bourbon tours and great stables in the area. Beautiful back road drives. The living area is very inviting, well equipped kitchen and comfortable dinning room. Luxurious bedroom with nice linens. I can’t wait for any opportunity to go back to Versailles.

Although we had to, unfortunately, cancel our stay at Nora’s at the last minute, we look forward to staying at her place in the future. Nora was quick and courteous with communication before our trip, and with the cancellation process as well. I felt terrible having to cancel so last minute, but she was very understanding. I’m sure the home is as lovely as Nora!

Robin’s place is our favorite place to stay when we are in the Lexington area. It is comfortable, spacious, and has everything you need. We look forward to our next visit.

Fantastic location and great value. Check-in was seamless, and the apartment was spotless. The space is thoughtfully appointed, with the garage-style door opening to the balcony off the bedroom being a particularly fun and unique feature. It was also much roomier than the photos suggested. This was a perfect home base for a short weekend in Lexington. Note: It was a quiet weekend at Rupp Arena during my stay, but I can imagine the area gets lively during events. Fortunately, the hosts provide earplugs and a white noise machine in the bedroom, which is a thoughtful touch.

Very convenient location if you are visiting the Ark Encounter. It’s in a very full neighborhood but it was quiet and we didn’t hear neighbors during our stay. Our children loved the game room!

Extremely responsive hosts, very cute space that worked really well for our family. There is a train that runs right behind the house, but it wasn’t an issue for us or the kids with their provided noise machine. Perfect place to cook/rest on our trip.

This was the first time we've stayed in an Airbnb so I don't have anything to compare it to, however, based on this stay, I would do this again. Definitely a 5-star experience. The place was well-equipped, clean (no qualms about letting the baby crawl around on the floor), plenty of room for all the people in our family without being on top of each other. We especially appreciated the games for all ages. The tables and chairs were configured so we could have separate groups hanging out together, but a dining room big enough for all of us for dinner. The furnishings were comfortable and "homey" without a lot of clutter. If I were to come back to this area, I would stay here again.

There truly aren't enough words to say how much we loved our stay. The thought that went into all of the little details in this beautiful bardominium left no stone unturned. From the well stocked coffee bar to the super fun game room to the cozy rooms, everything was perfect. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. We hated to say good-bye. We 1000% recommend this rental.

This house is out in the country with a beautiful, peaceful view. There is a short stretch that’s like a one lane road but it’s not very far. It was very relaxing and clean. Appreciated the cookies when we checked in. The beds are comfortable and the showers had plenty of hot water. I love that they had black wash clothes for makeup!!! The hosts are very helpful and quick to respond. The washer and dryer worked well. They live close by. I love that Candy has some vintage items for sale in the garage. That was so fun and we bought a couple of items. My sister enjoyed building a puzzle. This is a great place to stay.

House is nice and clean. It is wonderful that the host placed Scriptures in the whole house. God bless!

Great location in the country, we really enjoyed watching deer and the peace and quiet. The home is very clean and cozy. The hosts are very friendly and answered questions quickly. I hope we can stay here again! Highly recommend!

We stayed in the Four Roses Suit and it was wonderful. This was during the snow and it felt really cozy and was had a great HVAC system heated up fast and stayed warm all night easily. Walking distance to Vallozzi’s which is excellent, and the coffee shop on the corner is really great too. Host were responsive and good to deal with. Highly recommend.

The space was completely charming and spotlessly clean. All details were thoughtfully considered. Very safe area. Would absolutely recommend.

Great location with excellent amenities. Fun location with lots to do within walking distance. Decorations were great and beds were comfortable.

Great stay. Location really worked for me. Java Jukebox was a three minute walk for great gourmet coffee and a bagel. Rupp is less than a ten min walk. I walked twenty minutes safely to the Kentucky Theater to see a movie. Drove about ten minutes to Keeneland and Kroger store. Great free parking. Hot shower with good pressure. Love ease of self check in and keypad.

This was the most beautiful and ornate airbnb I've ever experienced! Everything's so charming and full of stories as this place is a true extension of Mr. Lee who is so full of love and life and you can tell he's eager to extend that to his guests. The only possible downside is theres no elevator so for quests who are handicapped and have a hard time with stairs this may not be for you considering there's a few flights to the room BUT Mr. Lee insisted to carry our bags and made sure we were comfortable. The decor is so unique and vibrant yet calm and the town of Paris is very quaint. We enjoyed our $25 gift card to Lee's restaurant and had the place to ourselves to dine. The room also had free organic bananas, muffins and drinks in the fridge. The whirlpool jacuzzi tub was also a plus! 10/10 would stay again.

This was the perfect stay for a few days in Lexington visiting family and exploring the surrounding area. Safe neighborhood and convenient location. Perfectly sized space for my husband, baby, and I!

This was an AMAZING place! We can’t wait to go back again! Parking was easy, getting in and out of building was easy with the app, instructions to get into unit were clear. We loved the location, easy walk to everything. The apartment was so pretty, very clean, even had a few items stocked in fridge, great coffee/tea bar. The beds were very comfortable. Great communication from host. We highly recommend staying here!
