Very clean comfortable 3/2 private home on a waterfront canal by Laguna Madre Bay. We follow the Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process. We have Security Camera's and home Alarm system. Back yard is a hit with everyone, very relaxing. You can fish off the dock in the back yard or take the kayaks. Mustang Island beach is near by. We provide life jackets for the kayaks but we are not responsible for accidents. NO bottom fishing!! Bring your own poles, hooks, bobbers & bait. Pet Fee $30 per pet

Primary bedroom with King size bed and spacious bathroom, and work space area, 2nd bedroom with bunk beds top twin bottom Queen/full size and additional twin. 2nd bathroom is a Common bathroom. Fireplace, Pool and hot tub for all to enjoy. Bring your boat this condo has a boat slip! Bring kayaks or paddle boards this property is on a water canal. Beaches are 6-8 mins. drive.

The one bedroom two bathroom with deck resort condominium has the upscale designer features of the one bedroom, but includes an amazing second or third floor deck. This condominium accommodates up to 4 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed. The living area is spacious with seating and a desk working area. The designer sofa is also a fold out sleep sofa with no springs, no bars and all comfort. The dining area and full kitchen include stainless steel appliances and granite counters.

Comfortable by the beach! Great summer getaway!

My place is close to the beach, great fishing, Mustang Island State Park, Padre Island National Seashore, restaurants and shopping!. You’ll love my place because of the view is amazing, the beach and Packery Lake from the patio. Walk down to the beach, come relax by the heated pool and hot tub. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime on smart TVs.
