This place was amazing! Everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms was excellent! There was extra things there that made it nice on me and not to have to make a list and run to the store after a long day of skiing, like laundry detergent and sandwich bags, and coffee. It was great. We enjoyed playing cards too with my family.

Super clean and very spacious for my family and i. I will definitely come back.

Such a beautiful well appointed and clean home. The views are fantastic. Watched a hot air balloon several mornings from the deck. The home is stocked with high end everything you would need in the kitchen. Would definitely stay there again. Jan is wonderful to work with.

Condo was furnished very nicely. We really enjoyed the view of the mountains out the patio door. There are some good restaurants within 5 minutes drive. Ten minutes drive to the center of town with most restaurants and hot springs. We would rather be in a less crowded location a little bit out of the center of town.

Check in was a breeze. Condo was just as described and had everything we needed. Help was just a text away if you needed it. Great view and location was very relaxing.

5 Stars – Awesome Stay! Me and three friends stayed here for a ski trip to Wolf Creek, and it was perfect! The place was super clean, really comfortable, and in a great location—close to town but also an easy drive to the mountain. After long days of skiing, it was awesome to come back to a cozy spot to relax. The host was great and made everything easy. Totally worth the money, and I’d 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

LOVE this place! The location is perfect, right next to Rosie’s Pizzeria and 30 minutes to Wolf Creek. This condo is super spacious and would be perfect for a family. My boyfriend and I stayed for Thanksgiving and were able to prepare an entire feast using equipment already in the kitchen. The home is exactly as pictured. My favorite is the fire place. I can’t say enough good things. Communication was 10/10. Can’t wait to book here again.

Centrally located and easily walkable! It was very clean and we loved that we could bring our dog with us. Only downside is the construction happening right outside.

Don't hesitate to stay here! If we could give a 10-star rating, we would! Lovely condo. We felt right at home, cozy and comfortable. Beautifully decorated and everything you could ask for to make your stay great. Extremely well stocked kitchen. You could make coffee any way you prefer. Lots of kitchen staples for cooking. Very comfortable bed and linens. And our little dog loved it too! She enjoyed the doggie blanket and bowls. The area is beautiful and quiet. Neighbors friendly and welcoming. Gives you a good feel for the community with national forest access nearby. Stay here! We would stay here again without hestitation. Thank you, Kim!

Great and quick to respond service. I am returning customer and I like price to quality ratio. Great location and easy access to major stores. Quiet neighborhood and nice outside view. 5 min to hot springs and 35 min to wolf creek ski area. Sometimes large air balloons land at back yard by the lake.😄. House was clean and organized. Thanks for a no problem spring brake vacation.

Our stay at this Airbnb in downtown Pagosa Springs was fantastic! The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. The interior was pristine and seemed freshly remodeled, yet it had a cozy and welcoming vibe. The space was well-stocked with all the essentials, and we never felt like we were lacking anything. Communication with the host was easy and prompt, making the whole experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable downtown stay!

I loved staying at Jan's place in Pagosa Springs. It was a lovely place with plenty of space, quiet and scenic beauty. I stayed in a very roomy and exceptionally clean 2 bed room unit. I loved that it was on the bottom floor. The patio faced the property's lake, at night it was was so pretty. Stay a few days if you can, you won't regret it. Can't wait to go back!

Anna was very accommodating of our travel dates. Despite at first letting me know that the listing wasn’t correctly updating availability, she was able to find a unit that worked for us after a 2nd inquiry. Check-in was easy through Club Wyndham, the unit had a gorgeous view of the lake, and it was a peaceful stay. Our kids enjoyed the pool at the on-site rec center and thought it was so cool to sleep in the 2nd bedroom lock off. Thanks, Anna, for allowing us to book through you!

We just stayed briefly as we passed through, but this was a nice property in a fun-looking resort. We wished we could have spent more time there!
