Idyllic riverside house and gardens

Wainford Mill House is a stunning, spacious riverside house, which is part of a large former maltings/watermill building just outside Bungay. The house sleeps 12+2 people. You will have access to riverside gardens, a small boat and a wood-fired pizza oven. There is also a wood-fired sauna cabin on an adjacent plot called the Secret Sauna (book a slot early to avoid disappointment-details on request). We have also recently opened a speciality coffeeshop opposite, open Thurs/Fridays and weekends.

Situated in the grounds of our 17th Century home, it is a private sanctuary, with high quality decor and all modern facilities. Wake up to the sound of birdsong whilst enjoying locally sourced artisan coffee and produce. This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

The Little Barn, Topcroft, Artist’s home

The Little Barn, a 16th Century hideaway artistically restored, by a Suffolk artist. With no through traffic and no light pollution, silent evenings and clear night skies. Topcroft is a sleepy village beside the Waveney valley and 25 minutes from the medieval city of Norwich. You'll love this rural location. A large modern kitchen and a real woodburner in the large sitting room. A private patio outside with fairy lights at night, a bbq, firepit and private garden at the back of the property.

Nightingale Place was built in 1859 originally as two workers cottages for Nightingale farm . Situated in central historic Beccles with a secure sunny garden and parking for several cars. Within easy walking distance of shops ,pubs ,Lido and River Waveney. It has underfloor heating,a large open plan area with integrated appliances ,fridge,freezer, dishwasher, washing machine ,smart TV and DVD player The costal town of Southwold and the historic city of Norwich are just 30 minutes drive away.

Historic seafront cottage, projector, piano etc

Historic 3-bedroom fisherman’s cottage on the seafront with fast wifi, all mod cons (projector, vintage stereo, Sonos, well-stocked kitchen), loads of character and superb location for beach and local attractions. “What a beautiful place you’ve put together here. 9 Sea View Walk sleeps 7 + 2, ground floor bedroom

This spacious corner house in Pakefield enjoys a quiet position with fantastic views of the sea and the medieval church opposite. The sand and pebble beach in front is only a few steps away. Pakefield is a quiet village just south of Lowestoft, a traditional sea side resort, with wide, sandy award winning beaches. These are within easy walking distance along the sea promenade lined with colourful beach huts. There are four bedrooms which sleep 7 plus a double bedsettee in the sun lounge.

A special space in the heart of a special city! Located in the centre of Norwich this beautiful 180 year old property is the perfect spot to explore the vibrant and beautiful city. This recently renovated house offers a stylish and unique space that is conveniently located within view of the stunning Norwich Cathedral and just a short walk from the famous covered market and Norwich lanes! As well as dozens of pubs, independent shops and churches (this is Norwich after all!).

Welcoming you to Bonney’s Barn Retreat we provide you with a comfortable contemporary environment to rest and relax in with Access to WIFI. There are two lounges to choose from, open plan living or a snug lounge with chess table and Games to entertain you. The 1st bedroom is set up with a super king bed. The 2nd bedroom is a double bed with desk area. The mezzanine level is quirky with amazing views . It has limited head room max (1.5 meters) with a double mattress.

Beautiful house near the beach

A stunning home that has just undergone extensive refurbishment. With the beautiful Gorleston beach at the end of the road and plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs within walking distance you will be sure to have a fantastic holiday at this amazing property. The house is a home from home and has everything you will need with some nice additional touches including Sky sports and movie channels and plenty of games, books and toys to keep the children entertained.
