Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

We all friends had a Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara Experience. The host was great in accommodating 6 stag friends which many accommodations don't generally do so. Highly recommend this place to other ppl who wants to travel to North Goa.

Saurabh's service apartment is a gem, just a minute's walk from the beach. The accommodation offers excellent value for money, with all promised amenities present and in good condition. Saurabh himself stands out as an exemplary host. His high responsiveness and willingness to assist with any concerns ensure guests feel well-cared for throughout the stay. For added convenience, quick e-commerce services like Blinkit and Instamart are readily available, catering to any immediate needs. One minor suggestion would be the addition of a mirror or dressing table in the room. Saurabh has already acknowledged this and plans to install one during the off-season, showcasing his dedication to enhancing guest experiences. Ansh is a great host and very responsive, the apartment was beautiful and cozy with amazing view and was located in one of the best locations in Anjuna. The apartment was clean, well equipped and furnished. The complex is walkable to the beach and is surrounded with great cafe's and restaurants nearby.

I highly recommend staying at Rhea's place. The host is extremely friendly and responsive. The house is well maintained and self sufficient to accommodate all your holiday needs. It's truly hard to find any faults, but plenty to praise and enjoy. My recommendation is don't think twice to book this place, if it's available just grab it and be stress free.

Location, location, location!!! We stayed at Nevis’s place for 2 weeks and it quickly became home. The bed was super comfortable and had a view to die for. Supermarkets, restaurants, doctors, motorcycle rental and grocers all within 5 minutes walk. Quiet location despite being road side. The balcony afforded both great people watching and G&T’s watching the sunsets.

The villa is really beautiful with easy access to the beach. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Swimming pool is ideal for a 8 people group. The gazebo near the pool was awesome. The cook/caretaker Sanu was really awesome. He cooked as per our instructions. He was always at our service and ready to help. We really had a great time enjoying the food and his service. The only issue is the approach road for this villa is narrow and ideal for small cars. But that is something that we have to live with , if you want to enjoy at this beautiful location. Overall a great place to spend time and relaxing with a small group of family/friends.

Alex couldn’t be more helpful, anything you need he is on hand. Well stocked kitchen, clean rooms, housekeeping and washing on hand - in fact anything you need is no trouble. The stay was very nice and peaceful. felt just like home.. the view was good and just like how it was shown in the pictures.

The hosts Mr and Mrs Fernandes gave us a very warm welcome and we felt right at home. They arranged a cab pick up for us from the railway station. The house is located in a very silent and peaceful location. All amenities and pictures mentioned in the listing match exactly. They arranged bike rental for us and the entire stay was hassle free. We want to thank the hosts for a great stay and look forward to visiting soon.

very cosy- was kinda right at the beach & at a walking distance from the market. Very quiet & peaceful inside. If you want some fun, the beach & Tito's lane is just 8-10 mins walk away. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Beautiful home and a peaceful stay. If you’re looking for a relaxed getaway this is the place! The 1BHK is a part of a quiet and gated residential space ensuring safety with privacy for the rentees. It is conveniently located very close to various kiranas, auto rentals, shopping stalls, and the famous Mango Tree. It is at a convenient distance from various eateries and the beach. The place looks and feels exactly like the pictures. The host - Ambreen, is very understanding, responsive and communicates promptly for anything related to the space or recommendations for places around. Ashokji - security, is polite, communicative and friendly while ensuring safety. Feels like I have found a home in Goa that I’m sure to stay at during my future visits. I would highly recommend it for all those considering this property.

What an absolute fantastic place to stay. Right from the get-go,the hosts were extremely friendly and accomodative. They agreed for a early checkin and late check-out without any hesitation AT ALL. Extremely accomodative. The place is cozy,clean,peaceful and close to the main spots in that side of the city. They also provided us with local recommendations which actually turned out to be so good we returned to a few of them. They check on you if you're having a good time and ensuring a memorable experience. I'd totally come back and recomend this place to anyone wanting to say in and around Arpora! Such a lovely stay! The service apartment was beautiful, super clean, and had this perfect mix of comfort and style. But the real star? The private pool – crystal clear, super inviting, and just the best spot to chill the whole day and girls this pool is for us as they don’t put chlorine and you can play in the pool without fear of messing your hair. It honestly felt like our own little oasis in Goa. The vibe of the place was peaceful but still close enough to all the action, so we got the best of both worlds. Big shoutout to Anmol and the other hosts and specially a big shoutout out to the caretaker Santosh Kumar he was so helpful. Would totally come back again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something a little special for your Goa trip! The best high light was the espresso machine and the play station. And the other best thing about this place is the host they are so helpful they are ready to answer your questions anytime of the day during ur stay. Loved the place in total❤
