12 The Lane is situated down a rural private lane. It is a luxurious self contained studio on a lifestyle block approximately 10 minutes to Palmerston North and 5 Minutes to Ashhurst and 15 minutes to Massey University by car. There is small kitchenette with a microwave, jug, toaster and tea, coffee and a small selection of cereals. Plenty of off street parking with room for bigger vehicles and trailers. You may meet our big fluffy cat Pepper, kitten Ink, crazy chickens and our friendly sheep.

Sanctuary in the City

Connected to my glass art studio is a bright, secluded visitors suite with a double bedroom, bathroom en suite, and off street parking. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a section of hot drinks as well as free wifi and Chromecast. A private sanctuary at the end of a cul de sac halfway between the city and Massey giving you easy access to local amenities. My garden hosts a lovely family of Tui who tumble and chat as they enjoy their feeders and the established native trees.

Tui Studio

Come make yourself at home in our freshly renovated fully self-contained Tui studio nestled in native bush. It's a 15min walk (3 minutes by car) to the centre of Feilding where the farmers markets are held on Fridays. 7-minute drive to Manfeild Park 16-minute drive from Palmerston North airport. With private off-street parking. There is additional parking if required (please advise if needed) With everything you need provided to make yourselves breakfast.

Shed apartment - 15 minutes drive from Feilding/Sanson/Palmerston North Good location for those attending Manfield or Speedway. Plenty of space out on the roadside grass verge for large trailers. We are at the end of a no-exit road. Quiet rural setting with chickens, sheep, ducks, Boris - the kunekune pig, 2 cats, and 2 dogs - Jakey and Boots. 2 lounges, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms. Welcome to Friendly Feilding! We are a country town 25 minutes from Palmerton North city. This self-contained sleepout with external private access is in a quiet cul-de-sac. Two-minute drive to the centre and less than 1 minute to the dairy. This cosy room is detached from the main house, so you can come and go as you wish with private check-in. Some of the amenities are ensuite, Fridge/Freezer, oven, microwave and Queen bed.

Self-contained & fully equipped, 2kms to airport, 1km to hospital, 4 kms to the Square. and 6kms to Massey University and the Science Centres. Off-Street parking. Free pick-up and return to airport. Can accommodate up to 4 people, 1 Queen bed + 1 single bed upstairs, 1 ottoman single bed in Living Room. By prior arrangement extra bed (1) may be provided.

Kawau Loft is a private, totally self-contained accommodation space above our standalone garage. It has been completely renovated to provide a 2-level spacious, modern living space with all amenities - a home away from home. The loft and main house is on 1.5 acres with a large lawn and gardens you are free to wander. We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.

River Terrace Cottage

Modern one bedroom flat with ensuite, lounge/dining and full kitchen. Sleeps a couple comfortably. portacot available for a baby.this cottage is not suitable for a toddler. Conveniently located in a rural setting, 2 minutes from SH1, for those wishing to travel to Wellington or Palmerston North.
