The place was beautiful and very well located close to the lake (just across the road- easily walkable). Easy to get into and out of. Hot tub worked as advertised and easy to use (also clean!). Great place and would stay here again!

We were in a bind with a previous booked air bnb and needed a new house. They were super fast at responding and had the house ready for us in an hour. Amazing property and wonderful hosts! Can’t wait to book again!

Another family and I stayed at Janet’s place while playing in a Rocker B baseball tournament and I will definitely book this home anytime I/we can. It was super close and convenient for our games. She was very friendly, accommodating, and very responsive on any questions we had. The kids loved how close it was to the water, the big yard to play in and the bunk beds. The house was super clean and the sheets and towels smelled beautiful. We cannot say enough amazing things about this house and host! We will definitely be back.

Anyone who comes to Gradford for a Rocker B tournament knows the days are long and the schedule is unpredictable. Not only was Brandi's home clean and cozy (bonus points for board games and the coffee bar!), but she accommodated our last-minute change in arrival date AND our late check-out request when games were delayed. She gets it! We'll be back.

The home was perfect for us and 2 other of our baseball team families. Everyone had their own space with plenty of spreading out room in the common areas. The boys were able to stay together in the bunk room which they loved and were kept entertained by the pool table, darts, basketball goal and ping pong table. If we are ever in the area again, this place will be at the top of our list. Its about 20 minutes to Rocker B Ranch fields.

This is a great place for a group of friends for the weekend! The pool, covered patio, & outdoor kitchen was a hit for my group. Very accessible and clean, James was a wonderful host and we look forward to coming back to the Possum Kingdom area the future!

We had an incredible stay at Melissa's beautiful home this past weekend! We were in town for a cookoff and needed a place to prep, sleep, and relax, and this home was absolutely perfect. The house itself is stunning, and the outdoor amenities were amazing. Starting the day with a cup of coffee while looking out over the lake was such a peaceful and energizing way to begin our mornings. The spacious kitchen was a game-changer for our meal prep for the competition, and the ocean-themed decor throughout the home added a charming and relaxing touch. The bedrooms were comfortable and provided us with the restful sleep we needed for our busy weekend. Melissa was a fantastic host, and her attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to returning next year! Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway.

This is a beautiful property next to the Brazos river. My husband and our son stayed with our longtime family friends and their kids. There was plenty of room to stretch out, and big enough for 9 of us to hang out and play and not feel crowded. The kids (and adults) had a great time in the game room. There was plenty of room outside to run around and play. The river is really nice and beautiful. It is very peaceful and relaxing. It ended up getting pretty cold here during our stay, but that didn’t stop us from having a wonderful time. I look forward to trying to visit here in the summer. We would absolutely love to come back.

Perfect location if you want to be on the water/marina! The condo was exactly as described. It is updated nicely and pristinely clean. Basic items are included in the condo and a cute little grocery store close by that provides all items needed for a lake weekend. There is also a yummy restaurant within walking distance. If I HAD to give any suggestions - I'd say more pillows on the master bed and higher quality. The condo is right over the pool so you do hear pool noise, but it is vacated at set hours. It was a perfect set up for kids! We will DEFINITELY stay at this spot again.

This was our second time staying at Sions condo & it did not disappoint. We had a great time & we highly recommend Sions Condo. Therer was an issue with the elevator because of over night storms, but we contacted Sion & the issue was resolved even on a weekend. Great Service. We will defimetly stay again

We have stayed here more than once while playing baseball at Rocker B. We love the location, the unit is beautiful and always clean. We will definitely utilize this property again for future baseball tournaments.

This was our first time going to Rocker B for my son’s baseball tournament and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while there. The condo was clean, beautiful and had pretty much everything we needed for our stay! I will definitely be back! The host was also very friendly and accommodating.

This condo is perfect. It was spotless and so many small amenities are available to make your stay stress free. The area is absolutely gorgeous. The condo is easy to get to and we didn't have any issues.

Stayed here while at a baseball tournament at rocker B Ranch. Loved how easy it was to get to the ranch from here and that we had Hemingway's restaurant right next door on the trading Post the little grocery store and gas station we're very close too. We loved Jennifer's unit in particular because it was on the 1st floor right by the pool. it was super clean and well stocked too!

We had an excellent stay at this property! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our visit. The location was perfect, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the detail and the welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay so much and likely will return! The condo was clean, new, and welcoming as ever. We looked out to the pool, lake marina, and had Hemingway’s restaurant a short walk away for great food. Highly recommend!
