host was super responsive and accommodative to our requests. the place was also SO cute!!! well-thought out yung aesthetics nung place. some of the lights can even be switched from cool to warm lighting, adding to the vibe. both the first & second floor were spacious and airconditioned, making the place comfortable to stay in. ang dami ding mga tindahan sa malapit so hindi pahirapan kung may nalimutan kang dalhin. may masarap na kapihan din just a few blocks away, and a shared swimming pool. only thing to note is maliit lang yung ref so small drinks lang ang kasya. but the kitchen was well-equipped with cooking pans and even condiments. all in all, a 5/5 place.

Casa Martine is a perfect place for family and friends who are looking for a place to stay in Clark. The place is near to different restaurants, malls and attractions. Our kids had a lot fun swimming, playing and singing. The rooms are clean and spacious. Kath is a very accommodating host. We will definitely go back.

The place is superb. Super clean, spacious, has very cold AC. On top of that, you have a very thoughtful and responsive owner as well as caretaker. Overall, this place exceeded our expectation and we really enjoyed our stay. This will now be in our list of places to consider on our yearly visit in Pampanga.

Our stay was alright, though it was a bit unfortunate that there was water maintenance scheduled during our visit, which caused low water pressure in the morning. Fortunately, Darang Luming kindly assisted us and brought us to a nearby place where we could take a bath. The water pressure improved by noon and was okay throughout the afternoon. The caretaker was very accommodating and kind! Would love to come back if we ever need a place to stay in the area again with my relatives.

We had a nice stay at Robbert's house and enjoyed swimming at the pool -- they refilled the pool's water for each day we were there. Robbert's family members who assisted us were very kind and accommodating from day 1 up to the last day when we checked out. We'll consider his property the next time we visit Bataan.

We all slept peacefully after driving around Pampanga visiting churches. Thank you for providing the free ensaymada and coffee. We also appreciate being able to get essentials in the stock room. We'll definitely consider booking here when we visit Pampanga again.

fun pickleball weekend with friends! bedrooms were fairly comfortable but we spent most of the time outdoors (pickleball, pool, bonfire, veranda). host is very responsive and caretakers were accommodating. thank you TG Residences!

Our 2nd time to book Ms. Kaye's wonderful place. Still got the same feedback from my friends that it was indeed a very relaxing place.. definitely feels like home. Ms. Kaye was still very responsive and was able to accommodate my requests. Thank you so much again!! ❤️❤️❤️

Condo is great. Full kitchen, nice living area big balcony with seating, close to walking street. Could probably do with some updated bedding and a toaster. Racquel is a great host and was very attentive. I had a lovely stay.

Place was nice and convenient as there are many stores nearby. Best thing was the huge tv! Though bit loud in the morning with people talking outside but overall great place to stay!

One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in. It’s my 2nd time staying here, last was 2 years ago. They have maintained the place very very well. In the hot Philippine summer, the aircon was really cold and a source of refuge. Everything worked great. From the hot showers to the popcorn machine. They are so thoughtful. There’s an arcade, pool table, dart board, poker table and chips and cards, huge TV in the room and living room, lots of plates, cutleries and cookware and a lot of towels. Beds were decently comfortable too. Sofa and dining table was a great place for all of us to hangout! It’s one of those airbnbs that you just don’t want to leave. The Claudia was super understanding and prompt with her replies and all the help she rendered. This is probably the longest review I’ve written but this apartment deserves it. Truly one of my best stays ever in an airbnb!! Thank you once again. ❤️🙏🏾

The staffs are all friendly. My grandmother cannot go upstairs so they immediately provided us a Sofa Bed for her. the process from check in to check out is all okay. will definitely book this one again.

Great place! Had everything we needed. We are super satisfied. Guards were very helpful, cleaners did a good job and the host was easy to talk to. Thumbs up!

Our first Airbnb, and it was great! Clean and comfy. We really loved the view from the balcony. The bed, pillows, and blanket were all clean, no smell at all. Thank you to Mr. Emmanuel for being easy to talk to whenever we had concerns or problems. Overall, five stars!

this is one of the most accommodating and friendliest hosts i’ve encountered in my 7 years as a loyal Airbnb user. Ms. Ariane is so gracious, easy to talk to and very responsive. her personality clearly reflected in her unit. the place exudes warmth (which is ironic, since the AC kept the whole room really cold 😅) and a feeling of home. the bedroom is cozy with beautiful furnishings and decorations. the bathroom and kitchen are spotless (i especially loved the minimalist aesthetic soap bottles 😍). everything is in its place, well-thought of and just conducive for rest and relaxation — easily one of the most highly recommended units in Azure North. 👌🏼

My Family really loves the location specially these units of Luz and Antonio, that’s why keep on coming back, and will always comeback for all our clark vacations. Building - People here are very respectful. Koreans in this S3 Building knows when to shut the noise/loud talkings once they entered the building specially the elevators. I feel like they are very pinoy in this building. 😅 Water - high pressure at all times. Shower all you want. Parking - A LOT of spots/slots. Just be mindful this place is very peaceful so be easy of accelerators if you have loud mufflers. 🙌 Security - Highly secured, friendly guards. 😊 Unit and CR - super clean, no bad odors from plumbing/sewer lines. AC - super cool. No bad odors, can’t smell any. ❤️ Curtains - Can really blackout the place if you want some extended sleep at day time. 🛌 Balcony - super relaxing, fresh air.😌 Laundry machine - new and easy to use.
