The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

Guest home located above the detached garage further back on our property. It sits on an acre where guests are free to use the yard, fire pit, barbecue & play equipment. The main home is also an Airbnb with only yard shared. It is a studio apartment with a private entrance to the property. The living and sleeping area, as well as the kitchen are all connected. Great walk in shower as well as full size deck for your relaxation and watching the beautiful sunsets we have here in the Tri-Cities.

Beautiful 700 sq. ft. 1 Bedroom /1 Bath upstairs apartment(there is a flight of 16 stairs to get to the apartment). There is a queen bed in the bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped. Access to laundry room available. Blocks from bike path on the Columbia River. Just a short walk to the Hydroplane races. Airport 5 minutes away and easy access to shopping and recreation. To comply with the City of Pasco code, this apartment must be rented for a minimum of 30 days.

Attached apartment with private entrance in a quiet neighborhood on .5 acre. The kitchen includes basic amenities like a refrigerator, burner, microwave, and essentials. Guests will enjoy the french doors that open to a deck opening to a large back yard. This place is perfect for 2 people. **If you bring a dog please inform us beforehand. Not doing so will result in a pet fee of $50. Also, please let us know if any accidents from pets.
