Έχει θέα προς το Ικάριο πέλαγος με υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλέματα, αλλά και προς το λιμάνι της Σκάλας. Διαθέτει ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 3-6 άτομα. Aggeliki's Alley House is located among the picturesque alleys of Chora. Very close (50m) to the house there is the square of Xanthos and the Town Hall which can be reached by car or any other vehicle. A hundred meters above you can find the historical Monastery of Saint John and in just 5 minutes walk from the house you can reach Agia Levia's square. From the rooftop of the house you will have a panoramic view of the port, the windmills, the Monastery and you can enjoy the amazing sunset.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται 5 λεπτά από το λιμάνι της Σκάλας Πάτμου στην περιοχή Χοχλακάς.Αυτό που κάνει το σπίτι ξεχωριστό είναι η μπροστινή μεγάλη βεράντα με την υπέροχη-μοναδική θέα προς το λιμάνι και στο ηλιοβασίλεμα! Στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού υπάρχει σκεπασμένη αυλή. Το παλιό ξυλουργείο και το σιδηρουργείο του Παππού Γιάννη, ενώθηκαν με σεβασμό και έγιναν ένα παραδοσιακό νησιωτικό σπίτι, κρατώντας όσα περισσότερα στοιχεία από το παρελθόν του οικήματος. Βρισκεται 7 περίπου λεπτά από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και από την κοντινότερη παραλία. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει αρτοποιείο μανάβικο και σούπερ μάρκετ. Η παραλία Μελόι είναι στα 2 λεπτά μακριά με το Αυτοκίνητο και το Αγριολιβαδι στα 6.
