A quiet haven off the main road, only 100 mtrs easy walk to beach reserve and fishing. Located on a beautiful 1 acre property above Kuaotunu Village which is only 3 minutes’ walk from the beach, local pizzeria, cafe and shop.

The views are stunning! The house very comfortable. You will agree, this is a special place. There is so much to do from kayaking, to chartered fishing adventures, Hot Water beach & Cathedral Cove a short drive away. The house works well for couples, business travellers, families. Linen is included in the cleaning fee, so bedding & towels are excellent quality. Beach towels can be provided on request for an additional charge.
