This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. You will be located 2 minutes from I-94 and within walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, pubs, bookstores, ice cream, and a beautiful park (15 minute walk, 5 minute bike ride). The home is located off a well-traveled two lane road that connects Kalamazoo and Portage. Large unfenced lot with fire pit. We DO NOT rent to crews.

The main residence is approximately 400 feet from the cabin. The cabin is secluded and yet close to local attractions, restaurants, biking and nature trails. The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.
