Our property is easy to get to, yet secluded and quiet with exceptional views of the Hill Country. Cottage 1 has a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin pullout couch. Guests may use the outdoor kitchen / pavilion, large deck, and a fire pit. Dogs welcome.

It is part of a larger cottage that has been divided in two (like a duplex). If waking to the sites and sounds of the country is for you, then this hill country cottage is the perfect start to a hill country adventure

On forty acres between Johnson City and Pedernales Falls Park, the cabin offers a private light filled space in the heart of all the fun of the Texas Hill Country. Only 3 miles from Pedernales Falls Park, Amustus Ranch is near all that the Hill Country has to offer. Nature adventures, wine tasting,and more are all within a short drive of this secluded spot. And, on the breezy deck you can enjoy star gazing. This property is not suitable for children under five years of age.
