Πάρα πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα. Ο οικοδεσπότης πάρα πολύ φιλικός και βοηθητικός σε ότι χρειαζόμασταν. Πολύ καλή η τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά από το κέντρο της πόλης. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να κάνει μια ήσυχη και όμορφη απόδραση

Just a nice and quiet apartment in Peristeri. Clean and tidy.

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage. Noch schöner als auf den Fotos, wunderschöne Anlage, alles was man zur Erholung braucht.

ΜΕ ΛΙΓΑ ΛΟΓΙΑ ΟΛΑ ΗΤΑΝ ΑΨΟΓΑ!!! ΚΑΘΑΡΟ, ΠΕΡΙΠΟΙΗΜΕΝΟ, ΕΙΧΕ ΤΑ ΠΑΝΤΑ. ΞΕΚΟΥΡΑΣΤΗΚΑ ΚΑΙ ΔΕΝ ΜΟΥ ΕΛΕΙΨΕ ΤΙΠΟΤΑ!! ΔΕΝ ΧΡΕΙΑΣΤΗΚΕ ΝΑ ΑΝΑΖΗΤΗΣΩ ΚΑΤΙ. ΠΡΑΓΜΑΤΙΚΑ ΠΡΟΤΙΜΗΣΤΕ ΤΟ!!

Could not get enough of the location! The property was beautiful, cozy and private. Need were amazing along with great instructions. Overall had a wonderful stay

We had a very nice stay in Vasilis air BnB. It was clean with a well equipped kitchen. Vasilis really walked the extra mile to help us with everything. We highly recommend this place so close to the beach with the very nice and communicative Vasilis as your host.

Alles perfekt, super Lage, Lena und Mick waren sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Waren immer und zu jeder Zeit für uns da. Sie haben sehr liebe und ruhige Tiere ( Hunde Harry und Raffa ) 2 Katzen. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Pool war immer sauber und zu jeder Zeit nutzbar. Das kleine Häuschen war groß genug und man hatte genügend Platz, alles ausreichend vorhanden. Wir sind schon 24 Jahre in dieser Ecke zum Urlaub machen, hierher kommen wir auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Υπέροχος χώρος!!! Ότι πρέπει για οικογενειακές διακοπές διότι το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει τα πάντα!!!και πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς!!! Σίγουρα θα ήθελα να ξανά μείνω εκεί!!!!

Fijne uitvalsbasis voor een citytrip Athene! Goede bedden, ruim en schoon appartement. Wij verbleven hier met 2 volwassenen en 2 tieners. Het gebouw is wat gehorig (lift, buren en aanslaan van warm water). Het was voor ons geen probleem.

Georges et sa femme ont été des hôtes discrets mais disponibles tout au long du séjour. Absolument charmants. Le logement est très fonctionnel avec belle décoration et équipements au top. Super literie. Très beau jardin. Néanmoins Wifi faible même si ça n’a pas été un problème pour nous.

We stayed here before and loved it. This was the second time visiting and a few things have changed only in the local area. The place is spotless, homely, extra everything and a great coffee maker. The area is good - you have a new shop down in the square which does everything and there is also a new bio shop as well. The restaurants are in full swing as it is summer so yuo dont need to go far. ONE THING = THE AIR CON IS FABULOUS! Last time we were there we didnt need the air con, now in the summer we did and it is excellent and instant. Πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη. Εξυπηρετικοί, γρήγοροι στις απαντήσεις και σε ο τι χρειάστηκαμε. Το σπίτι πάρα πολύ καλό, με ο τι χρειάζεται κανείς, ζεστό, καλή τοποθεσία, εξαιρετικά βολικό το πάρκινγκ.

We were 8 people (4 adults and 4 teens), and we found the place perfect for us. Everything was spotless clean, we had our privacy and the common area to be together, also the balcony was perfect, and all was very new and well built. The host was very responsive and when we had a problem with the shower, the maintenance guy was there to assist within a few minutes. The location was also perfect, close to restaurants, cafes and bars and yet the street was quiet at night. I highly recommend!

It's my first time to rent a great place like that beautiful studio in Kapsilli . Very easy arrival from the Airport of Athens , then , woooow , what a clean and classy studio with a very competitive price . When I called Maria , just to thanks her for the instructions she sent me to check in , then she explained to me everything about the area as it exactly .. Big stores just minutes , all types of buses to get for anyplace to visit in Athens. As I'm a one of the Greece lovers , I probably will reserve it again for my next trips to Athens as its very close to all the places that I really want to visit . Maria is a great person to know , very helpful , big smile as most of the Greek people whom I really loved since long time ago when I arrived to Athens first time before 2000 , and , I still in love with Greece just today 😍 💙 💕

Μείναμε στο κατάλυμα 3 νύχτες ήταν πολύ καθαρό και γενικά ήταν όλα άψογα, δεν χρειαστήκαμε σε τίποτα τον οικοδεσπότη μιας και όλες οι απαραίτητες πληροφορίες μας είχαν αποσταλεί από νωρίς!! Το κατάλυμα είναι πάρα πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο πηγαίναμε παντού με τα πόδια. Θα το ξανά επέλεγα για την επόμενη μου επίσκεψη στην Αθήνα, όλα τέλεια!

Meine Familie und ich haben uns wie zu hause gefühlt. Der Empfang hat bereits am Flughafen begonnen. Marianne hat uns den Transfer organisiert. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und am perfekten Ort um Athen zu erkunden. Zu Fuss und auch mit der Metro. Die Umgebung ist sehr angenehm und hübsch. Wir haben die Tage richtig genossen. Kommunikation mit Marianne hat perfekt funktioniert. Sehr gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank für die liebevolle Gastfreundschaft, liebe Marianne.

Logement parfait pour visiter Athenes sans être dans le bruit de la capitale. Tram a 180m direct vers le centre en 30min et pour vraiment pas cher. je commande

L'appartement est vraiment idéalement placé entre les deux axes Adrianou et Kidathineon. à 5 minutes de Syntagma et 10 min de la place Monastiraki. Tout est faisable à pied. La rue est strictement piétonne mais il n'y a pas de restaurant ni de commerce : c'est très calme. L'appartement en lui même est spacieux, exactement comme décrit dans l'annonce et très fonctionnel. C'est un excellent rapport qualité/ prix. Merci Tasos

Nous avons adoré notre séjour!! L"emplacement est parfait loin des attrapes touristes. Très propre et beau! Nous pouvions même faire du lavage. Nous nous sentions comme à la maison! Ils ont été très flexible pour notre heure d'arrivée et ce fût très apprécié,!!,Nous le recommandons à 100,% Nous avons aimé découvrir les petits restos et boutiques Il a la mer en face!! Vous devez savoir que ce n',est as du sable mais des roches! Apportez vous des souliers d'eau!!Merci énormément pour ce séjour mémorable!!!

The airbnb was lovely and clean, and the hosts were so helpful! Would 100% recommend - we loved it! x

This place has a lot of character, and I mean that in a good way. I felt very, very comfortable here. The bed is excellent, neither too firm or too soft. There's a lot of space. And it's just a cool place to hang out. It should be noted that this unit is downstairs. It probably gets about half the sunlight of most other condos in Athens. In most cases I would have an issue with that, but here it just added to the (jazzy, artsy) speakeasy charm of this place. It's about an 8 minute walk from the nearest Metro station, which is 5 stops (10 min) from Monastiraki. Not many tourists here, which is great from my point of view. There are a number of good bakeries and shops in the neighborhood. Not the kind of place you go to at night to have fun, but it's a great area for getting quality sleep without noise.

I and my friends had a great stay! The place was centrally located, making it super easy to get around. The neighborhood was lively and full of energy, with tons of pubs and bars nearby—perfect for a fun night out. Definitely recommend if you're looking to be in the heart of the action!

Amazing hosts and very clean accommodation at a good price. Will return there on my next visit to Athens as it was that good.

immeuble bourgeois belle entree 3 grandes marche a monter. Tres bel appartment, bien situe, tres central, en plein plaka. Beau sejour, belle salle a manger, 2 belles chambres a coucher. Tres grande Terrasse, agreable a manger ou boire un pot. Cuisine tres bien equipee, dommage qu il n'y ait pas de bouilloire electrique. sous l 'immeuble 2 cafes patisserie, 3 pubs. le soir on a eu du bruit des pubs malgre les fenetres double vitrage. Recommande chaudement!
