My Cool House

A minimal decorated appartment very close to the sea (200m)with great view. The big garden full of olive trees and many mediterranean plants completes the view from the balconys. House's proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts and other famous islands ( like spetses) makes your experience to Porto Heli unforgettable. Finally guests can bring their own boat as there is a private jetty very close to the villa (0,2 Km) , where they can use it for free and keep their boats safe and secure.

EcoLand: A bioclimatic Family Villa with Pool!

This is a special, bioclimatic, luxury, three-level villa which can be used by families or large groups, for relaxing, quiet environment, green scenery, enjoying a natural pool and getting in contact with pure nature! Our house is situated 50 meters from the sea, were you will find greek tavernas with local specialities. Easy accesable for excursions(Hydra, Spetses, Portoxeli,Poros ect) for one day trips. The house is a 2 minute walk from the ermioni harbour. A small pool-jacquzzi is available on the private terrace for relaxing, not suitable for small children.
