The Annex @ Brook Garden Lodge Is Available for Single Night and Short Term Rent. The Annex is located at back of the garden with private access, private entrance door and free parking. If you are looking for a larger room, we also have the Suite@Brook Garden Lodge adjacent to the Annex with a few added extras, but due to Airbnb Algorithm appears down the list when searching for places in Barry. Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

A newly refurbished two-bedroom annexe flat - within 15 minutes walking distance of Penarth Town Centre, the seafront, and costal walks. Penarth is a seaside town full of charm and character, with an Art Deco Pier, parks and independent shops and restaurants. It is only 15 minutes away from Cardiff by train and is close to the coast and Cardiff Bay. The flat is ideal for families, or small groups of guests who enjoy the outdoors but also want the convenience of being close to a capital city.

Warm & welcoming studio

Just ten minutes drive from Cardiff centre. Self-contained and tucked away, once inside the studio you would never know you're in the heart of Birchgrove, Cardiff, with a great range of facilities and buses just a minute’s walk away. The studio has a shower room and well-equipped kitchenette. With a double bed & sofa bed, the studio can sleep four people, plus a travel cot & high chair. Wifi, Netflix & Amazon TV are provided. The studio has a wood burner, central heating & shared patio.

Cosy studio annex

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden with access from the rear. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

Two minutes walk to bus stop, five minutes to train station, only 10 minutes into Cardiff centre. Perfect for events in Cardiff and visiting the surrounding area. Good location, 20 minutes walk to Penarth Rail Station and town centre with it’s restaurants, shops and public houses. It is also close to bus links and only 10 minutes walk to the Penarth seafront and cliffs. Cardiff is only 15 minutes away by train. There is a small convenience store within 5 minutes walk, the nearest public house is only a 10 minute walk.

Sleep well near cafes, beaches and Cardiff

Cottage in central Penarth. 10 minutes by train to Cardiff. Cafes and restaurants of Victorian Penarth round the corner. 10 mins walk to the beach and pier though Victorian Alexandria Park. This is a great location for events in the city and exploring the area, but would prefer a quiet place to stay. The house has a wood burner and an enclosed sun trap garden. Many people have told us they sleep better here than they do at home!

A unique log cabin, sited above Swanbridge Beach in the village of Sully in South Wales. With panaramic views across the Bristol channel, to England and down the Welsh coast. The views really are spectacular. This is a modern open spaced, 1 bedroom log cabin with private parking for 1 vehicle. Located on Swanbridge beach and within 1 minute walking time of 3 great restaurants/pubs, this really is a special place to stay.

Private & Compact hideaway, Llandaff North

A compact, quiet and private hideaway in Llandaff North, close to the centre of Cardiff. We are on the Taff Trail for walks and hikes, it's a 15 minute bike ride into town or an 8 minute train journey to the centre. Great restaurants nearby and Lidls is around the corner for essentials. 1 mile from University Hospital Wales. Great location. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, but close to major routes and motor ways.
