Octavio had great communication. Somehow I booked the wrong dates leaving me one night without a room. He had already booked the apt for that night but found me somewhere else in the neighborhood instantly. That took a lot of stress off me

We stayed for two weeks at Carla's place and had a wonderful time. As a family of four (two adults and two kids), we had plenty of space. The children especially enjoyed playing with the toys provided. Having a garage included with the apartment was a big plus — perfect for storing surfboards and other equipment, which I think is essential in Baleal. As mentioned, the apartment is great, and communication with Carla was excellent. I can highly recommend this place!

I stayed for 2 weeks in November with my wife and our two children (ages 4 months and 2 years) and my parents and it was great. My wife likes the small longboarding waves at Baleal and I had fun at Lagide (literally right in front of the house) when it got big and I drove the 7 mins to Supertubos to get good shortboardable waves. Highly recommend for families as it’s easy to run from the beach to the house and back for stuff/snacks. Heaters work well to keep the place warm in the winter months, and the kitchen was totally functional (we cooked a lot). Highly recommend!

Casa súper recomendable. El propietario es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar, respondiendo muy rápido. La casa es estupenda y no le falta de nada. Además, ha puesto a nuestra disposición todos los "extra" como dos cunas o un radiador. sin duda espero volver y la recomiendo para viajes en familia o en grupo.

Un séjour formidable dans cette très belle maison qui correspond complètement aux photos ! La maison a tous les équipements nécessaires. La plage est accessible à pied. Il y a restaurant, petit magasin, boulangerie et pharmacie à côté. Une maison parfaite pour pouvoir ramener son petit animal de compagnie. Je recommande cette maison pour des vacances en famille proche de la plage. Je remercie Feathers Houses pour leur accueille.

Casa ampla e espaçosa, muito confortável e acolhedora, num local muito calmo e muito próximo de supertubos e tb do Baleal (claro do centro de Peniche). Experiência recomendável e a repetir certamente 🤙🤗🥰

It's so good I almost want to write a bad review to keep the place all to myself. The space is amazing in every sense, spacious, well-equipped, with breathtaking views and lots of options for both privacy and group activities. Claudia is an outstanding host, highly helpful and responsive. The views — don't get me started on the views, Peniche (and this particular spot) are forever in my heart and the hearts of my friends who joined me. I wish I could buy a place right next to this one. 100/10, see you guys next year!

Sandra is a super host, communication was very easy, the check-in and checkout was done very efficiently. We are a group of 6-7 golfers that have stayed within the Praia Del’Rey resort for a number of years and Sandra’s villa one of the best, if not the best, we have stayed-in throughout the years - immaculately clean, spacious rooms with plenty of of bathrooms and nice garden with swimming pool (plus useful pool and garden furniture). Highly recommended - value for money is second to none,

L'appartement est très bien et très propre. Super bonne literie. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour à Péniche. C'est bien centré dans un quartier ancien de la ville, un peu de bruit dans la rue le soir, mais cela ne nous a pas gêné, car la situation est idéale. Beaucoup de bons restaurants tout près et on peut les atteindre à pied. Il y a des possibilités de parking public gratuit dans le quartier ainsi qu'un grand parking public gratuit à 5 minutes à pied. Barbara nous a aidé pour réserver la sortie sur les îles Berlengas. Tout était top. Merci Barbara et Antonio pour mettre à disposition un petit bijou d'appartement.

Very comfortable, well equipped and clean apartment for exploring the Peniche area - it feels much larger than the photos appear. For us, being so close to the beach and surf breaks was great. We visited some of the recommended restaurants, and particularly liked the Baleal end of the bay. A trip to Óbidos is well worth it. Sara was a very helpful host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Trudi's place. I will definitely stay again if i am back in the area. Many thanks!

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit bei Mario. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und die Fahrräder sind super um zu den Surfspots zu kommen und mobil zu sein, wenn man kein Auto hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We were greeted by Antonio's wife who showed us the place and how everything worked. Very spacious flat with everything you need. Lovely places around. A car is ideal to get to know Peniche better.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Lage war ideal, und die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

This is a great place as it’s near the beach. Alvaro was responsive & an excellent communicator. We stayed mid-April during a heavy rainy season so I suspect the place hadn’t been occupied for awhile. The kitchen spices were quite old / gone bad & there were no dish towels or paper towels for our 2 night stay but Alvaro was very apologetic and dropped off dish towels / replacement salt and pepper after I let him know. The house is situated on a public beach that anyone can access - just a short 5-7 min walk through the beautiful dunes. Absolutely Gorgeous! We would return again when the weather was more cooperative!

Bonjour, nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour de 2 semaines dans la maison qui est magnifique, propre et très spacieuse. La piscine et la mer assez près étaient un vrai bonheur pour les enfants et les grands! Nous reviendrons!Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux!

La casa es perfecta para pasar unos dias en familia, zona muy tranquila y segura. Muy buenas playas y también pueblito cerca precioso, Óbidos, que merece la pena conocer. La casa está en perfectas condiciones como indican las fotos, el unico dia que hizo sol por la mañana fue el día que nos íbamos asi que no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina. Campo de golf espectacular, el anfitrion y el contacto local que nos facilitó la cuna y la trona para el bebé muya amables. Todo estaba perfecto y limpio! Muchas gracias!

La villa est jolie et spacieuse. Elle est cependant un peu vieillissante et pourrait bénéficier de quelques remise au goût du jour pour être plus confortable. Mais l'emplacement dans le complexe du golf est très joli même si on ne joue pas au golf, la plage est assez proche et nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Une situation idéal, une vue exceptionnelle,une maison où il fait bon vivre. Merci Rita , j’espère à l’année prochaine !

Alex's place was perfectly located for us as we had travelled to Baleal to surf. We were able to walk to the beach in 5 minutes. The property is spacious with three bedrooms and an open plan kitchen, dinning area. There is also a roof terrace where you can see the sunset from. Alex was responsive when we messaged him and he kindly lent us one of his surfboards which we really appreciated. There were a few minor issues that need attending to but they did not interfer with our stay nor our enjoyment of the property. We have a great time in Baleal and are thinking of returning. We would happily stay with Alex again if the place is available.

We spent an amazing week at this property. The house was located on the more peaceful side of the resort and approximately 5 mins from the beautiful coastline. We felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door. The rooms were very well decorated and spacious with the master bedroom providing breath taking views of the golf course and countryside. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the lounge provided numerous board games and activities to keep our party entertained. We spent most of our time at the pool which provided inflatables that kept us busy outdoors. The barbecue facilities were great. Veronica from the Management company couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating; we had a few questions during our stay which she always responded to expeditiously. She was a pleasure to communicate with during our stay. This has been our chosen holiday destination for the 2nd year running and we plan to return next year. We can't recommend the property enough!
