La depedance di Villetta Vittoria nasce dalla ristrutturazione di un piccolo fienile. Il letto è alloggiato nel soppalco al quale si accede con la tipica scala a pioli. L'antico borgo in cui si trova, Mercato Saraceno, esisteva già nel 1153 quando Saraceno degli Onesti volle creare un mercato vicino al mulino ad acqua, sullo spiazzo vicino al fiume dotato dell'unico ponte sul Savio tra Cesena e Bagno di Romagna. Casa del Moro ha mantenuto lo stile del borgo medievale, aggiungendo elementi di recupero a sostegno della sua identità centenaria.
