The cottage has a downstairs bathroom and the ceiling in the lounge is a little low (the cottage is waiting for some outside cosmetic work to be done so its being offered at a lower price at the moment to reflect this) TOWELS ARE NO LONGER SUPPLIED & NO HOT TUB Pets are allowed at this cottage but please advise before booking what animal it is other than a dog so i can confirm it is ok for it to come & stay. There is a private indoor Spa hot tub on the doorstep and the Granary interior is beautifully decorated and fully equipped. Both kingsize bedrooms can be set as twin beds. Troedyrhiw is a sanctuary, a two bedroom, detached, character stone and beamed cottage nestling in a peaceful, wooded valley on the Carmarthenshire/Pembrokeshire border where nature is thriving. Rustic and comfortable. We are doggie friendly, are happy to welcome well behaved dogs. Troedyrhiw is the perfect base for being in nature, walking, cycling and exploring the scenic areas of this beautiful part Wales. The cottage was built in the 1800's and is a traditional, stone Welsh cottage.

A crogloft is a traditional Welsh mezzanine, tucked away in the eves. Somewhere to quiet retreat to. Gwarcwm's Crog Loft is at the heart of the home, an old farmhouse beautifully restored. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.

The town itself is bustling but relaxed with a friendly atmosphere. The river and castle are ten minutes walk away. The area is rich for places of outstanding natural beauty Our house is three hundred years old and has a lot of history. It stands just above the town and has some beautiful views over the valley.
