Welcome to our beautiful cabin in the woods- the perfect 'Up North' retreat for families who want beach & nature! You can comfortably sleep multiple families with plenty of privacy & kid friendly setup. The cabin is set in the perfect location, minutes from downtown Pentwater & Mears State Park. It's walking distance to Bass Lake (boat launch), close to Lake MI access points, and nearby Silver Lake & Ludington.Unwind and grill out on our wrap around deck, soak in the hot tub, or have a campfire.

Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Sunset Cottage on Bass Lake

Sunset Cottage is the perfect retreat any time of year! The cottage boasts stunning views and sits directly on 520-acre Bass Lake. A cozy yet updated 2 bedroom 1 bath home complete with all the modern amenities. Spend the day dangling your feet off the dock or jump in to enjoy the lake with all the provided water toys. Relax with an evening fire and watch the breathtaking sunsets. Close to everything! 7 mins to Lake Michigan beaches, 10 mins to downtown Pentwater, and 15 mins to Ludington.

The Little Green Cottage in PTW

This vintage style cottage was recently renovated and we are excited to be able to share it with guests. At 650 square feet we have designed every square inch to be usable. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths this cozy and comfortable space is perfect for couples or small families. It is located on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood and overlooks a creek. Easy walk (or take the bikes provided) to the white sandy of Mears Beach and the charming downtown shops that make Pentwater a summer destination.

Enjoy a peaceful wooded lot in a home loaded with family friendly features. This is our family cottage and we want you to enjoy it the same way we do. Walk to ice cream every day, go to the beach, cook up a storm and relax. We also have a sneaky kitchen table that seats 12 and 5 island seats.

This is not a fancy property. Parking available along with amenities. A cozy space for indoor visiting and outdoor talks. There is a tub/shower combination, electric heat, window a/c (it's a small space), kitchen with stove top, toaster oven and microwave, living area with two bedrooms.
