The Hayloft is one of our newly built luxury lodges situated amongst some of the most stunning countryside in Highland Perthshire. Each log cabin has its own private hot tub & balcony with barbecue area over looking the hills. Each lodge has 2 bedrooms,shower room & toilet, fully equipped fitted kitchen & lounge,tv,dvd etc. Park up in your private parking space there is plenty room for 2 -3 cars. Tamano Farm Shepherd Hut, Hot Tub & Outdoor Shower

Our cosy and modern (it has electricity and running water, fridge) shepherd’s hut has two rooms- perfect for couples or small families. A double bed in the main room, with wood burner, table and sofa. The back room houses a single sofa bed, perfect for a wee one. Outside there’s a hot tub, kitchen with gas hob and BBQ. Nestled within our grounds in our lovely countryside setting, Beech Lodge provides an ideal self catering escape with private hot tub in a relaxing peaceful setting with plenty to do and see in the surrounding villages. SADLY WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RESERVATIONS THAT MAY RESULT IN A PARTY, NOISE COMPLAINTS, OR DAMAGES. This is sadly due to an unacceptable amount of damages, disrespectful use of the properties and amenities and noise problems.

Couples only Farm Bothy with Hottub

Located at the foot of the Lomond Hills regional park and a short walk to the edge of Loch Leven nature reserve at Springfield Farm Bothies there is plenty to explore. Our Bothies include en-suite, kitchen area with open plan living and double bed. A fully glazed frontal area so you can enjoy the views and sunrise over the open countryside. Quiet, secluded Shepherd's Hut

Nestled within the grounds of a historic Victorian estate, the Shepherd's Hut includes a private, wood burning hot tub and a deck with a fire pit and a lovely view over the estate grounds. The kitchen is well equipped with the essentials, including gas stove and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and toaster and the bathroom offers a surprisingly spacious shower. Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic, cozy spot in nature.

The sofa pulls down to provide a small bed, but we recommend this is for a 1 or 2 small children, or if someone can't sleep/partner snores!
