Own entrance double bedroom & ensuite @ Old Jocks

We have 2 listings at the rear of our cottage (double or twin room ) each room have their own entrance & en-suite shower room. TV, mini fridge, kettle, toaster,crockery & cutlery. We provide coffee, tea, sugar & milk pots & couple of breakfast items. We are within walking distance to Tarbet pier, Tarbet hotel bus stop & Tarbet & Arrochar train station. I like to give guests privacy & it’s self check in. Please note This is a small bedroom with small ensuite with NO cooking facilities or lounge.

The Bolthole is self-contained, luxuriously comfortable, beautiful, quirky and pet friendly. Nestled on the hillside of the market town of Aberfeldy, within easy walking distance of the centre, this peaceful guest suite offers a unique space to unwind and relax away from the crowd. Guest Suite with Private Entrance, close to Dundee

The Studio at Broadleaf is a cosy self contained Guest Suite in Longforgan, just outside Dundee. The Studio has a private entrance and parking with entrance hall and stairs up to the suite. The suite itself has a small kitchen, living and dining area with large TV, DVD and Netflix. There is a bathroom with Shower. Longforgan is near Dundee, one of the most up and coming cities in Scotland. We are only 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Highlands of Scotland.

The Stag's Rest at Drumdewan Farmhouse, Dull.

A peaceful hideaway in Highland Perthshire at Dull; this secluded suite has a private entrance and small garden. A SUPER-KING bed, luxury linens and a cute lounge to relax in after a days exploring. Stylishly decorated with a mix of new and vintage finds. There is not a full kitchen: no sink or cooker. However, a complimentary continental breakfast is provided to start off your stay. Book a Highland Safari or raft on the River Tay and just 5mins drive to Aberfeldy's shops, pubs, cafes.

The Weavers Cottage. Central with Private entrance

A traditional weavers studio cottage with own entrance. The space has period features, charm and exposed beams along with a log burning stove. The space is laid out as a studio, with kingsize bed, two comfortable leather fireside chairs and log burner. The property also has gas central heating and hot water. Fridge, kettle, toaster and sink within a utility area - no washing machine and limited (hob only) cooking facilities. A small patio area with bistro table looks onto the main garden.

Self contained rooms, within house, in Stirling

The property is self contained rooms within main house which have a living/kitchen area, a double bedroom with ensuite toilet, sink and electric shower, there are drawer chests and 2 built in wardrobes. The Meadows is centrally located in Stirling, there is a nearby bus stop or private parking if required. The town centre, the bus station, the train station, Stirling University and the Wallace Monument are all within a 20 minute walking distance. The Meadows is a quiet, friendly street.

Atholl Neuk, Blair Atholl

Atholl Neuk is a one bedroomed annexe cottage situated in the beautiful Highland Perthshire village of Blair Atholl. The cottage is homely and relaxing with well equipped dining kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher, cosy lounge overlooking the private garden and with electric recliner chairs, one double bedroom with king sized bed, large shower room and off street parking. A maximum of two guests please. Well behaved dogs are welcome but must not be left alone in property.

The Loft at Craiglea- wonderful woodland style!

Victorian stone-built detached villa in large private grounds, with contemporary bright and airy loft space. The loft has an integral open plan lounge and kitchen space, large dedicated shower room downstairs. Private entrance to the rear in beautiful garden setting with woodland and stream, peace and privacy but just 5 minutes walk to town centre. Off street safe parking, access to shed for bicycle storage and outdoor tap for cleaning mud off wellies or bicycles!
