All of this is contained by the historic elements the building has - natural timber, exposed brick walls and high ceilings. Run by a local artist and counsellor, we are committed to sharing the beautiful town that we have fallen in love with, with a personal touch.

Welcome to Stratford’s newest apartments! We are located in the heart of downtown right across from City Hall. Set in a beautifully restored 1875 heritage building, these bright, modern suites feature 12-foot ceilings, large windows, a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite washer and dryer, and stylish finishes. Just minutes from Stratford’s theatres, shops, and cafés, these apartments offer a perfect blend of heritage charm and modern comfort. Free parking available one block away at the Cooper Lot.

FiveStratford is our restored 1905 home in downtown Stratford, Ontario--reimagined as a modern luxury suite, while preserving its historic charm. It features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably hosting up to four guests. We designed it as a private, high-end retreat with thoughtful details like quality coffee, snacks, and premium toiletries. Just steps from downtown, the Avon River, and theatres. Our goal is to offer a warm, design-forward stay, that feels both elevated and personal.

A bright and spacious Loft studio located in downtown Stratford. Centrally located to all of Stratford's great offerings. Steps away to great restaurants and shopping. Short and beautiful walk to any or all of Stratford's theatres. The apartment is located on the second level of the building. One full flight of stairs up. If mobility is an issue, this may not be a suitable option for you. We are officially Short Term Rental Licensed (#2023-09) through the City of Stratford [By-law# 130-2022]

This is the only downtown short-term rental with direct downtown access and private onsite parking.
