Samostojeća, nova prizemnica 2020-te godine ograđena i okružena zelenilom i maslinama, sa bazenom. Mirno naselje, u blizini park šume ( trim staza, bicikla), blizina centra 3.5 km, besplatan parking ispred samog objekta, besplatno korištenje interneta...Kuca se sastoji od dvije spavaće sobe ( bračni krevet) svaka sa svojim kupatilom, unutarnje i vanjske kuhinje, dnevnog boravka sa kaučem na razvlačenje (bračni krevet), velikom natkrivenom terasom, ostavom sa mašinom za pranje rublja, te mali wc.

Samostojeća kuća sagrađena 1890 godine potpuno je obnovljena za ugodan boravak u opuštajućem okruženju. Nalazi se na istočnoj obali Istre, u mirnom selu udaljenom 15 km od Labina i najbliže zračne luke Pula 45 km. U produžetku terase nalazi se privatni bazen s uređenom plažom s 8 ležaljki i 3 suncobrana. Casa Iria pruža prekrasan pogled na more od kojeg je udaljena 1,5 km. Najbliža trgovina i restoran udaljeni su 2 km u autokampu Tunarica, gdje također imate mogućnost najma kajaka, pedalina.

Sea View Villa Cala Royal is located in a beautiful Istrian town of Krnica, within walking distance of 3 restaurants, a grocery shop, and a bakery, just 2 km to the sea, beach, and harbor! The villa has its own private infinity poolfrom 27 April to 30 September)and a nice garden with an automated irrigation system. The garden is fenced. The sea view is offered from a part of the BBQ area and from the master bedroom with a balcony :) The villa is modern, comfortable, and tastefully furnished.

Vila Andreja je moderna i elegantna kuća za odmor. Ova vila nudi smještaj za 8 gostiju.Kada uđete u vilu nalazi se dnevni boravak sa blagovaonicom i potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom. U prizemlju se nalaze 2 spavaće sobe. Svaka spavaća soba raspolaže s televizorom, klimom i privatnom kupaonicom. Tu je jos i wc sa perilicom i sušilicom.Na prvom katu se nalaze druge dvije spavaće sobe i terasa. U dvorištu osim ležaljki i bazena nalazi se i ljetna kuhinja. Bazen može biti i grijan uz nadoplatu.
