Carly was very helpful, thoughtful and efficient in all her communications. The house was ideal for our stay, comfortable and very well equipped.

Toby(dog) and I had a great few days staying at Oak Tree Annexe. Toby loved the garden, which with high walls and gate was a secure space with lots of sniffs to explore. The garden itself was beautifully designed and the white and green theme made it a peaceful space to relax in. The annexe was well thought through, with all the amenities necessary to cook if needed, as well as space to relax. A very comfortable bed and the shower was great. We went to the pub in the village as well as to Oakham (5 mins drive) for our evening meals - and there are lots of places to explore in the surrounding area. The garden centre (with revamped café) just outside the village is dog friendly and an excellent location should the rain threaten! A great few days away!

I had booked 2 of Anjus accommodation for guests travelling from abroad to attend a wedding. Everyone loved the accommodations - they were spacious, clean and suited the needs of our guests. We had a lovely one-night stay at this beautiful Victorian house on Lyndewode Road. The location is fantastic—quiet yet very central. The home is spacious, full of charm, and thoughtfully maintained, with elegant details that make it truly special. It’s equipped with superb appliances, and we especially appreciated the collection of books and classic and jazz music CDs—such a cozy, cultured touch. The host was also super helpful and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A truly memorable space—we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Ideal spot for a very relaxed couple of days with friends. The house is spacious, comfortable and excellently equipped for young families. We loved being able to walk to the local park and pub, both a short stroll through the pretty village. The generous garden and friendly ponies at the end of the lane were both big bonuses for us! Claire was great at answering our questions and sent very helpful info ahead of our stay. We’d definitely stay again.

Craig was the perfect host, probably the best we've ever had on AirBnB. The flat is in a great location, minutes walk from the centre of Nottingham and the Ice Arena with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, yet we could sleep with the windows open and it was perfectly quiet, like being in a small village instead of a busy city centre. Lots of thoughtful touches from bottles of water, pastries and biscuits to essentials like cooking oil, salt and pepper, plenty of toilet rolls, tissues, a toothbrush, you name it and Craig has thought of it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and hopefully we'll be back next year.

Cannot thank Maggie again for going above and beyond to make our stay so perfect: we have felt so welcomed and looked after yet with complete privacy. What a clean, comfortable, well equipped and just beautiful place to stay filled with natural light, surrounded by garden and yet right in the village and so close to bigger towns and Rutland Water. Peta’s lovely flat was a perfect place to stay for our family wedding at Aswarby Rectory. Peta was quick to respond to our messages, offering good advice on places to eat and taxis etc. The flat was warm, clean and well equipped, we enjoyed sitting chatting in the beautiful lounge. We didn’t stay long enough to make use of the lovely garden. There’s plenty of space to park two cars. Just across the road is Tablez bistro, thoroughly recommend their breakfasts. Many thanks Peta.

Amazing stay! The place was immaculate, lovely living room area, well stocked kitchen and cosy bedroom. Looks even nicer than the photos! Lots of nice little touches like milk in the fridge, tea bags, coffee, blankets and a speaker. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony overlooking the countryside view. Will definitely be back!

This is one of the best Airbnb places we have stayed at. The location and the apartment are amazing. private , very clean and an amazing host. We stayed here for a few days after a very long journey and felt right at home. Kids were very happy. Place is quiet and private. Great location. Thank you Kam for being a great host.

Am avut o experiență foarte bună, de 8 nopți cazare, in casa lui Maxine. Foarte bine localizata, la 3 mile pe jos sau cu bicicleta de centrul Cambridgeului, oferă intimitate și condiții excente pentru un sejur frumos. Bine dotată pentru a acomoda 2 adulți, zonele bine delimitate, așternuturi și prosoape curate, bucătărie dotată cu necesarul pentru a pregăti o gustare, mic dejun sau cină. Parcarea in fața locuinței este un avantaj. Gazda foarte de ajutor cu informații, comunică bine ai prompt, o persoană de treabă și foarte simpatica. Mă voi întoarce, negreșit! Mulțumesc, Maxine!

Amanda’s condo is perfect! Located in beautiful countryside and near some lovely villages, the condo is compact yet feels roomy and has everything you need. It is very tastefully appointed and Amanda is a superb host - responsive and proactive to ensure a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Cambridge. The apartment was very nice and had lots of nice amenities like a patio and fire pit. It had everything we needed to be able to cook and stay comfortably during our conference. Location was great next to the shops and parks but still very quiet. Would definitely stay again!

My partner and I left the hustle and bustle of London for a peaceful getaway in Lanbeach, and it was exactly what we needed. The place was spotless, cozy, and just as described. We loved how quiet and relaxing the area was, yet still close to local spots. The host Robert was friendly and responsive, making the whole stay smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a calm retreat—would definitely return!

This was our fourth stay here, a reflection of how happy we are with the accommodation, facilities and location. Highly recommended if you want a compact yet classy little place in Ely.

+ On the positive side, as with other Mihir's apartments, its very clean, perfectly well equipped, modern, comfortable. We enjoyed the nice TV set with subscriptions to Netflix and other streaming services. The kitchen is amazing and complimentary coffee and others treats were much appreciated. The 2 bedrooms are clean with quality sheets and mattresses. The bathrooms are just perfect. Arrival is in full autonomy with clear instructions provided. Congratulations to Mihir for his dedication to being a great host providing a comfortable experience to his guests - As mentioned in the description, the neighbourhood is not very nice (dark alleys, pigeons everywhere, seemingly abandoned buildings). On top of that there happened to be big construction works next door and it was very noisy on Monday and Tuesday, beginning at 7:30AM

An excellent place to stay and this was a return visit. Didn't disappoint. Will be back next time I need to visit. Handy for everything in town, 5 mins to tram stop, local shops and close enough to walk to the city center. Parking was easy and close and the apartment had everything I needed for my stay.

Lovely place to stay, gorgeous garden and flowers outside, on a very peaceful road, could hear the birdsong. The room was spotless and Ann had very kindly left bread and milk for us. Everything we needed was there. Room is nice and bright. As we'd had a really early start we very much appreciated being able to check in a little earlier than normal. John and Ann were both very kind and friendly . Would highly recommend as a place to stay
