Two Bedroom, clean guest house in Gilbert

Clean and new. Close to downtown Gilbert, with a fun night life & lots of restaurants. 20 min from airport. Close to lots of shopping. Easy access to freeways, less than half an hour to downtown Phoenix. Located on an acre of land, it feels like a little bit of country right inside the city. It's a mile from Freestone park, with tennis, b-ball, volleyball, batting range, playgrounds, ponds, small amusement park. My place is good for couples and business travelers. Please no parties!

Hacienda one bedroom with great pool

Heated pool, 8 seat hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and lots of patios to relax. The outdoor kitchen has a pizza oven, bbq, hot water sink, gas stove and oven, smoker and is a perfect place to enjoy. This place is close to restaurants, hiking, lakes and evening fun. Lots of trees: orange, grapefruit, key limes, lemons, pomegranate, figs, dates, grapes and there is a juicer for morning fresh juices. Safe, quiet, and has many hummingbirds and two giant (50 & 80 pound) tortoises.

Phoenix Urban Farm Stay - with Gardens

2Cat Ranch = urban accessibility with a relaxed small farm atmosphere with COVID clean protocols at all times. Just 10 minutes to downtown Phoenix and hiking the South Mountain, and 15 minutes from the airport. Hike in the morning, lunch on street tacos in the neighborhood, sip sunset cocktails on Artsy Roosevelt Row. This is a Farm with animals, they make noise, poop, & there's dirt & smells at times & a busy street, it too makes noise. We like living in the heart of it all.

Cute bungalow on horse property!

Our newly built 2 bed 2 bath bungalow provides a comfortable stay with a shared yard and sports court and horses out the back window. It's close to the 202 for quick access to Scottsdale and Phoenix. Beautiful flood irrigated neighborhood for morning and evening walks. Large garage allows parking for 2 vehicles. House is located behind the main home (1 acre total). You might see/hear children playing outside in the yard during the day :) Landscaping is a work in progress!
