Casa immersa nella natura con due ampie stanze matrimoniali attigue, grande soggiorno con angolo cottura, veranda, bagno e giardino esclusivo per un'esperienza stravangante. Necessario automezzo per poter raggiungere il centro di Trieste in 15 minuti. Luogo sempre silenzioso e rilassante. Pista ciclabile a pochi minuti per raggiungere la città per chi è allenato! Passeggiate e sentieri nei boschi immediatamente a due passi da casa. Possibilità di fare fuoco e grigliate. Wellness a solo 1 km!!!

Charming stone house with private terrace (5+1)

Welcome to a fully equipped, authentic Karst stone house. The apartment for 6 adults with a private terrace is located on the first floor, the host lives on the ground floor of the same house. In warmer months, the private terrace is a perfect spot to relax in the fresh air. Guests can also use the barbecue in the courtyard and have fun playing darts. Free public parking is available about 150 metres from the house. You're invited to experience true Karst hospitality and the peace of nature.

Welcome to a more than 170-year-old Istrian stone house in which, despite having been renovated in 2022, you can find architectural details and nuances from the past, in 2 apartments. During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.

Zavadlal Homestead

The modern apartments with a touch of the traditional Karst style are completely new and available to guests in 2022. Both apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, a large dining table, a living room area with a flat TV, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartments are air-conditioned and include free WiFi connection, as well as access to a terrace, where our guests can enjoy a meal or a glass of wine. The apartments are located in a small village, surrounded by the calm of nature.

Domača istrska hiška na mirni lokaciji.

Apartma se nahaja na hribu v stari istrski hiški na Šentjanah (nad Belim Križem). Je v celoti opremljen - klima, talno gretje, pomivalni in pralni stroj, hladilnik, pečica, tv in brezplačen wifi. Primeren je za 4 osebe. Rezervacije možne za najmanj 4 dni. V sklopu nastanitve nudimo tudi brezplačen parking. Nahaja se na odlični lokaciji, izven mesta v neposredni bližini narave. V bližini je trgovina, otroško igrišče, kolesarske poti, najbližji plaži sta v Strunjanu in Portorožu.

Boutique Maisonette Elea for two-Strunjan, Piran

Maisonette Elea is our little baby. Totally new, built on the site of a former orangerie, cca 30 m from Villa Aurora, yet totally secluded and detached. It consists of an air-conditioned open space with a kitchenette (fully equipped but there is no dishwasher and please beleive us, you don't need one here), living area and a double bed, and a bathroom. It can comfortably accomodate two people-perfect to enjoy a fine relaxing holiday! Great terrace and a huge garden!

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

Počitniška hiša Katrca, na vasi, obdana z zelenjem

Hiša se nahaja na podeželju, v mirnem in prijetnem okolju. Pred njo je prostorna terasa. Ima veliko predsobo, dve spalnici, dve kopalnici, jedilnico s kuhinjo ter manjšo sobo s TV, ki tudi lahko služi kot spalnica. V kuhinji je štedilnik, hladilnik z zmrzovalnikom in mikrovalovna pečica. Na voljo je brezplačna Wi-Fi povezava. V kopalnici je na voljo pralni stroj, pa tudi likalnik. Pred hišo je veliko dvorišče, z možnostjo brezplačnega parkiranja.
